The salesman came on October 31st and spoke very fast, he was very inappropriate, took measures and told us the job will be 2800.00. He told me that they need a deposit of $800.00 before he can start the job, never mentioning that there will be no refund of the deposit. This company was the only one that respond after the hurricane, so I gave him the check. Two days later, I was not happy with the salesman behavior and ask for my check back, they stated no refund. I then ask them if they could repair the tear on the screen instead for the $800 they are holding hostage and Lisa (office lady) said ok. The salesman had mention that this be completed 6-8 weeks, so far nothing. I called Liza and she has a million excuses why they are delayed, kept promising that two more days etc, then nothing. Now they are not accepting our phone calls. They are callous, we are seniors and to treat us this was is cruel. I wrote to them and called so many times, but nothing, Please help me resolve this.
