I hired Bluewater Pools back in Oct. 19, 2022, to do resurfacing and copping of my pool. I pd in cash to do the job. The job didn't get done until sometime in November with the completion date of Thanksgiving day. After completion I asked the owner ***** to come do a walk through to be certain that his workers did the job correctly.He never showed. A month later I had to call ***** to advise him that my led light that they re-installed had popped out. ***** did not return my calls or text. I had to call again about a week later for him to finally respond with such rude undertones as if I was bothering him. ***** sent someone to do the repairs.Then a few months later, my jet comes popping out.Now,I am concerned at this point after spending $11,500 to have a professional company that has 5 stars w/the bbb and get these kinds of results. I contacted him again.This time he sends someone out immediately to do the repairs. it is now 2 years later and I am having issues with the copping. There are 3 bricks near my pool step that are cracking. I attempted to text ***** on April 24, as soon as I noticed it and once again he did not respond. I called his company on the 25th and got the answering service. I did not leave a message because they do not call you back.So,I called him again on April 29, he sent a text indicating he was on a call, he called back.I explain the issue, he said he put me on the schedule next which was early May. The week comes and goes, and still no show. Very Unprofessional. I have sent them several messages again and I texted him Monday May 14, no response. so I called & was confused with another client that lived in another city. He replies he doesn't have any one to send to that area right now. I explained I do not live in *****, I live in ********** show, no call.I made the last attempt to call him on Monday May 20,He says he had 8 people to attend to and that I was on his route to come by and take a look. It is now May 22, no call no show .Customer response

I forgot to add the contract that the owner gave me showing that I had a 10 year ware on labor and diamond bright. As I mentioned in my previous complaint its only been 2 years since the work was done.Business response

my name is ********************* I am the owner of Bluewater Pools I would advise to call the main number on the contract. I have never spoken to you about this and am not aware of any problems. you do have a 10 year warranty on your diamond brite. if there is an issue with the finish please again call the main number which is ************Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and called the owner ***** on 6/10/24 who advised that he will be sending someone out on Friday to do the repairs.

I was referred to Bluewater pool's by my realtor. I saw there work and decided to hire them after receiving two other quotes. The owner (*****) came to my home May 2 , 2022 to give me an estimate while I was at work. He left the estimate in my mailbox for my wife and I to view. We decided to hire Bluewater and on 5-9-22 signed the contract. I have corresponding text messages to attest to all date and times. Work commenced in July and was completed in August. Part of the contract was that bluewater was in charge of making sure water levels and chlorine was up to par for 30 days in which they missed several weeks. I have a footprint in my deep end, discoloration in the deep end and discoloration in my diamond bright in which parts of my pool looks as if it has dirt in at all times... even after cleaning it. Near my drain, it appears that some of the diamond brite did not hold to the product applied prior to diamond brighting. I have made several attempts to contact ***** and has not answered my calls. The last contact made was 1-11-23 and he told me that he was sending someone out to check. on 1-13-23 (friday) a rep ******** came to my home and took some photos of the areas. His rep over the phone told him that he doesn't have an idea what those stains and discoloration were. He even retrieved a piece of PVC pipe from his van, poured a nice amount of acid thru the pipe directly onto the diamond bright and the stains were/are still there. The rep took a water sample and told me that ***** will get in contact with me on the following Monday...it has been 27 days and still no contact. I also payed an additional $225 for a LED lightbulb that worked for 3 weeks. I have text messages, videos and photos to corroborate my complaint. I have an invoice signed with payment total price, dates they were payed and MOST IMPORTANTLY...'10 YEAR WARRANTY ON DIAMOND BRIGHT AND LABOR." we have contacted the home owner and made him aware that he needs to contact SGM with any and all warranty claims , we have also made arrangements to go out and inspect the pool light.
