My husband and I had a wonderful vacation in Maui. Many thanks to Maui Holiday. Our condo was perfect. It was beautiful and super clean in every way. All areas of the condo were well equipped including some unexpected kitchen items, lots of gear for fun at the beach, and plenty of bedding and towels. The outdoor area was lovely with a table and chairs and beautiful plants and grass. The washer and dryer were a big plus. We used them several times during our stay. We were treated kindly by our hosts and they did everything to make it a pleasant trip for us. Mahalo and God bless!

I am currently at Kaanapali Plantation Resorts unit #41, in Maui. Unfortunately, booked thru MauiHoliday.com. Arrived on Thursday, 4/14, upon arrival key code didn’t work, we were greeted by parking nazi in unit #39, there is no assigned parking. Unit has subpar fans, unit was and has stayed stifling hot. First night, absolutely no hot water for showers. Ice maker didn’t work, refrigerator door opens but can’t be reopened. Spoke to Glen on Friday about these issues, no resolution. Saturday night toilet in guest bathroom upstairs overflows, toilet water filled with bacteria floods the bathroom floor and part of the carpet. Had to use every towel available to sop up the toilet water, disinfect the bathroom, clean the carpet and wash and disinfect the towels. Got to bed at 3am, missed our Easter 6am service. Reached out to Glen, no response. Go to the beach come back to shower for our early Easter dinner, only allowed our teenage grandkids a 5 minute shower in hopes of not having to once again take a cold shower. I was able to take a warm shower until it turned ice cold, about 5 mins into the shower. Hubby couldn’t shower for at least an hour until the shower warmed up again. Missed our Easter dinner. Reached out to Glen again, still no response. It’s 8:33 pm still no response from Glen! We had no dishwasher pods, no extra paper towels, no ice. Glen had no idea about the parking situation here, no idea if there is a hot water heater in the unit. Obviously he does not check on the units. Just charges price gouging rates, for a horrific experience. He has not taken care of any issue brought forward to him. Stay as far away from any rental properties with this company!
