On Wednesday May 8th I ordered 2 dozen cookies to be delivered to my childrens school for teacher appreciation. I was notified by the school they only received half the order (12 cookies). Those 12 cookies were also incomplete and did not have icing or decorations. When I contacted the store to see if they could fix the issue I was told that it was a computer error and not her fault if I wanted the cookies I had to reorder and pay delivery and tip again. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told that she was the manager. When I asked to speak to the owner I was told that the owner is never available. I was never refunded for my purchase. I contacted corporate who told me since it is a franchise I had to email the owner. I emailed the owner on the 8th explaining my experience and issue and never heard back, I emailed again stating if I did not hear back from someone and given a refund I would contact the BBB. I still have not heard back from the owner.
