      MY WIFE EMPLOYED HIS SERVICES AT OUR HOME TO FIX OPENINGS IN OUR ROOFS BY SQUIRRELS. HE CHARGED US $700 PLUS $37 IN OTHER FEES AND SET TRAPS IN OUR ATTIC, THE AGREEMENT WAS HE WILL COME BY EVERY OTHER DAY TO CHECK THE ATTIC AND MAKE SURE WE DON'T HAVE ANY DEAD ANIMALS IN OUR ROOF. THE FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT DID NOT HAPPEN UNTIL 3 HOURS LATER, NO PHONE CALLS OR TEXT FROM HIM. I CALLED LIKE TEN TIMES AND LEFT MULTIPLE MESSAGES. HE ENDED UP SENDING A GUY WHO SAID HE DOES MOT WORK FOR HIM TO INSPECT MY ATTIC STATING THAT THIS STUPID GUY IS OVERBOOKED AND HAS NO ONE TO HELP HIM. MIND YOU I MISSED WORK ON THE FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT. JUST YESTERDAY HE NOTIFIED MY WIFE THAT HE WILL BE COMING TODAY BETWEEN 8:30am and 9am, GUESS WHO DIDN'T SHOW UP???

Spoke directly with the customer myself in hopes to establish communication with the customer on a follow up vist. Due to Covid exposure I myself and the technician assigned to this service had confirmed Covid cases for last week and were unavailable. Service repairs and follow up was done for this service. On our last vist they denied of technician access to follow up on the service which leads us unable to follow up on our trapping service which is included for free with our company. Service repairs on the home have been completed as contracted via our service invoice. We received a request via phone direct and submitted email for a full refund for service completed after we've deemed the home rid of wildlife. Per agreement on invoice our services are non refundable once started or completed. Which in this case the repairs were completed on the home as of 06/17/2022 (10:04am- 12:46 pm). All receipts and information on refund policy have been provided with original estimate and invoice payed on 06/16/2022. Final conversation customer declined offers made to reconcile issues and communication by only accepting a full refund on our completed work.
