Transaction date: 5/11/24 Amount: ****** Item purchased: Synthetic ********************* at this place is non-existent. I am the homeowner and my landscaper who doesn't speak very well English went there to buy a piece of artificial grass that was needed on that day to finish a project. First he was charged for actual sod. Then when they actually rang him up for the actual artificial sod, they didn't have it in stock. They made so many mistakes when processing his debit card that his bank locked it and he had to physically go to the bank to fix it. Had to wait at least 3 days for the sod and it's golf turf, meaning unusable. They claim they can't do a credit or refund now, even thought their receipt says there is a restocking fee of 20% for non -perishables. So money down the drain on a product we can't use and terrible customer service. Whoever answers the phone treats customers like garbage. **** the sales person tried to sell me the right artificial grass but won't accept the one we already purchase in return. Why would i spend more money at a business with unethical practices.
