I have had 3 previous orders to have been received w/either missing items, or items served at improper temperature prior to tonight's order. I sent my adult son who is in his early 20's to pick up my order. Upon doing so the order was completed wrong. Almost all of the 6 trio orders were missing items. As they arrive shortly around 9pm your staff had them there for over 35 minutes preparing the missed items only to still have items missing and staff proceeded to only freshly prepare missing items while not preparing the entire order despite over a 15 min wait. Initially the mgr was welcoming according to my son's friend who took in the order for corrections but stated mgr became visibly annoyed after informing items were still wrong. I have had this same issue and your staff had a more willingness to assist which leads to believe that they were treated differently due to the obvious younger age and not taken seriously. I attempted to call the location to speak w/a mgr to which despite business being extremely slow your team simply decided not to answer. I know so b/c after multiple attempts We drove back up there at which time I physically witness one vehicle go from speaker to window in under 3 mins then leaving shortly after all while I'm calling again...while in the drive thru. I spoke w/the mgr who apologized yet quickly shifted the responsibility to her line cooks to which I then asked who's responsibility was it to answer the phone b/c you didn't assist in that as well. My children and their friends stated staff was engaged in a heated conversation about a girl and a child distracting them from their duties which explains why they failed to read & excute my order properly and your mgr **** had just flat out negligence in enforcing protocol to which she failed to adhere to as well. I'm now over $200 in the negative where I paid for poor svc and or food and I'm requesting a FULL REFUND for tonight's order.
