The issue concerns the improper installation of mismatched pavers in our residential driveway by Alliance Pavers (AP), an independent paver contractor. AP failed to fulfill their duty of care by installing pavers that did not match in color after removing defective pavers.Initially, AP accepted responsibility after inspecting the mismatched pavers and placing an order for replacement pavers from local sources to rectify their subpar work. They made repeated assurances to replace the mismatched pavers for our release. However, the replacement pavers they supplied were still inadequate, as they did not meet the required size and color specifications.Despite APs repeated apologies and commitment on August 15th, 2023, to return and complete the job properly, they have since displayed uncooperative and evasive behavior. For example, they have willfully abandoned the job and denied any previous involvement at our residence.
