We needed an air conditioner in September of 2023, hot times in Florida. We made a lot of calls and finally was referred to Forest Air. They had a new unit delivered and installed quickly and beat the deadline we had for an out of state trip. Forest Air was professional, courteous and fast. I can't say enough about how easy it was to deal with them. Good people.Review from Obie W

Once again Forest Air serviced and checked out the A/C in less than a month I had to call them back out for a no heat call. I just paid for a cool club $209 for 2 visits in a year. I was charged a $59 for 1 of my 2 calls. To find out it was a relay that went bad. I looked it up online cost $11.54 I was changed a $214.00 service for labor and parts it took 15 min to replace the relay. I could see if it wear a specialty relay I was told it was the last in the ****************.Review from Thelma B

My mom's unit (mini split) was installed by Forrest air conditioning. The machine has been shutting off from the outside. They could not find what's wrong with the machine so they replaced the board and sensor. My Mother was without air for three weeks. The cost for the labor was $554.17 thirty minutes of work and the machine ran for two weeks. The office manager explained it ran for three weeks and we should be happy but we are ungrateful and not understanding how hard she worked to find the boards for the machine they install. They will not come out without charging again, the office manager explained how hard it was to get the parts and was yelling and telling me I'm going to listed to her. That why my mom had such a high bill, because of how hard she worked. Last time I checked that's called a JOB!!! In all my life of business I've I have never heard incompetent at that level she expressed. The office manager is absolutely trash, and the company does not stand by their work. Great company! Always on time- courteous, full of info. I can say they dont recommend unless you truly need. I inquired about new unit and was told not time yet. Highly recommend
