They sold us another brand new but already broken bike ! A few Months ago I purchased a brand new dirt bike for my son totaling a little over $1600 , we were told we would get a heads up before the bike was delivered but we didnt and they dropped the bike off when we werent home. When we did return home to find the bike we immediately noticed that the bolt that holds the back tire to the bike was heavily greased with a dark yellowish substance. Just days into riding the dirt bike I noticed the back tire was slightly wobbly when my son rode and almost immediately after we noticed the spokes were all loose! So loose that some fell out so I made contact with the business because they offer a 90 day warranty and they said bring the bike back in . We had gotten my son a previous dirt bike the year prior for Christmas from Winners Circle that started leaking gas right after purchasing and they told us then that particular problem wasnt part of the warranty so the bike has been sitting in my garage, we now decided to go ahead and get it fixed as well so ultimately we took two dirt bikes back to the shop for repair . We get a text from ***** stating that the brand new bike we bought this year wouldnt be covered under the warranty and his reasoning made zero sense. There was nothing that we could have done to loosened spokes , the second dirt bike that only leaked gas after purchasing, ***** says it had all these other problems that needed to be fixed as well , the bike was still new ! My kids really wanted to ride so ultimately I paid the $500+ to get the bikes out of the shop and the same back tire the claimed to fix broke again. This time that heavily greased bolt came out while my son was riding and the back tire completely stopped spinning. I refuse to pay again for repairs and they need to be held accountable for this theft! Its a reason you cant leave them ****** reviews only ******** reviews that link to ****** because angry customers like me can be blocked and silenced !

The bike we sold ************* was in fact new and not broken. We also schedule all deliveries before we load them onto a vehicle to deliver as we know everyone's time is valuable. Mostly all bolts on dirt bikes, especially pivot points need to be lubed, the yellow substance the customer is talking about is grease for lubrication. I have text communications with the customer about purchase of the first bike they speak of. I also have all the paperwork the customers receive when they purchase that states what is covered under the 90 day warranty of the bike. The bolt and nut issue she says she is having is covered and she has not paid anything to have this fixed. The spokes however are not covered by the manufacturer to me, so we do not cover them as they need to be maintained before each ride. We did however discount the wheel and tire assembly and covered the labor of the repair. The second bike has been over a year since purchase and when they sit not ridden, problems arise like plugged carbs etc. We are in business to keep customers happy, so we have reached out to this customer to bring both bikes back if there is problems with both to see what we can do for her. As of today 6-14-2023, she has not brought the bikes in yet.

On August 6, 2022, I purchased a new 2022 Vitacci gtt250 motorcycle from *************'s Winners Circle, located at **************************************************. The cost was $3,000. At this time, I was residing in Charlotte County *******.I moved to ******, ******** at the end of August 2022. On September 7, 2022, the engine on the Vitacci motorycle gave out. At this time, the motorcycle had only 800 miles on it. The motorcycle broke down on the highway, several miles from my home. I walked the motorcycle from the nearest exit to a safe location until I could get it towed home. As this motorcycle has a warranty on the engine, I first contacted the manufacturer, Vitacci in *********, *****. I was at first advised that ******* would be sending me what I needed to ship the engine back to them; packaging and postage. I waited a little over a week and having not received anything from *******, I once again called them. This time, I was informed that the motorcycle shop that sold it to me would be sending me the required packaging and postage. At first, manager at *************'s was telling me that the information that they would provide postage for the return of the engine was not correct and that it was Vitacci that would be doing so. After several tests and phone calls, the manager at *************'s acknowledged that they would be sending out the required packaging and postage. I have texted with and spoke on the phone several times with the manager at *************'s, being told that they were sending out the required items for me to ship the engine. It has been more than three months and I have a 2022 motorcycle that is useless. The warranty is not being honored. As I have waited all this time, I would like the manufacturer to pay for the engine to be repaired by a motorcycle shop located near me. If engine is unrepairable, a satisfactory resolution for me would be to be compensated with the cost of a replacement engine.

Attached are text messages in response to **************** complaint. Although the altitude change is what probably expired this engine without tuning for those conditions, we told **************** we would cover the engine under warranty. We did express that he would have to pay the shipping to get the engine to us and back to him. The text messages show the conversation about the shipping terms that our company and our suppliers adhere to.
