On 2/29/24 had my car fixed for a radiator problem was charged 1050 now on 4/2/24 my car begun to shake and smell and smoke went to drop it off to them this morning and they wanted 100 for diagnostic fee and I said why wasnt it done last time? **** the mechanic said its mid firing it was fixed now this a new problem oil leak plus my car is old and over 128k I told him I take care of my car!!!! He didnt help me at all just wanted more money!!! When I have warranty on this carBusiness response

To Whom it May ******** *************************************** did have her car fixed on 2/29/24 for over heating and we fixed that problem. We did not charge her for a scope because it was for over heating and we could see the radiator and hoses where leaking. She brought her car back on 4/2/24 with a different issue which was for the engine and when we have an engine problem we have to run a scan and scope the car to find out the problem and we charge all of our customers ****** to do this so we can pin point the problem. We are not looking to make extra money from our customers. We pride ourselves on doing right for the customer. I am sorry she took it wrong about us asking for ****** diagnostic fee but that is what we charge.
