[ ] Vanessa Gillette Fitness LLC/ Vital Spark/Vital Spark Coaching led me to false pretense. When I signed the contract, they tried to put my credit card on a continuous payment plan beyond my 5 weeks. The coaches are either on vacation, sick, or having issues. They seem overwhelmed, overworked or annoyed. I was told that the coaches would be with me from the beginning of the morning until the end of the day, (one on one LIVE). First of all, they were only with me if you texted them, and they would get back to you when they were available. No live sessions appointed. Sunday's they would send you a questionnaire and get back to you on Monday. Wasn't much help without proper guidance. Don't tell people you're going to be there for them at all times just to take their money and have them wait for the next step to improve. The workout wasn't with the coaches. It was some ******* exercise type from a random person(s). All of the information she gave, you can get yourself from (*******, FB, goggle, tic tok...) etc Absolutely no guidelines how to start cleansing your body, maybe a regular or food detox then start on a food plan that fits my body type. They just told me to eat anything and everything. I was 170 lbs and was told to eat 1400 calories, when I started with Vanessa Fitness when I finished, I was 178lbs at 1500(my height is 5'5). I kept asking, my coach continuously, "Why am I gaining weight and not feeling right they kept telling me to keep eating. Here I'm out of $2,200, and nothing to show for it. You had me sign a contract I've never received and I do remember you having in the contract that you don't want anyone asking for their money back. How are you putting that in the contract when you're not giving people what they should be receiving? I feel like I've been Scammed. She keeps changing her companies name: Vanessa Gillette Fitness LLC/ Vital Spark/Vital Spark Coaching you can do better!Very Disappointed Client,*****************************
