I ordered a new pair of glasses on 12/30. I went to pick them up on 1/6 but they were melted during adjustments. A new order was placed that day as a rush. On 1/11 I called to find out the status and was told that they employee was about to go on lunch but when she returned she would call the lab and then call me back. I never got a call back. On 1/12 I called again and was told that my item was in a damage box. I asked for a manager to call me back. A little bit later I get a call from Briana saying my order was ready. I ask if she's sure since I was just told that it was damaged. She apologizes for her mistake as my order isn't ready. She then says she's about to go to lunch but will call the lab when she gets back. Why should I wait until after her lunch? At 5pm that same day I call back and ask to speak to a manager. I speak to Micah and explain the entire situation. He says he'll look into it, call the lab, and call me tomorrow morning which would be, 1/13. It is now almost 1PM and I haven't heard back from anyone, even Micah. I call the store and ask to speak to a manager where Briana picks up and claims to be the manager. Briana isn't a manager. I call Micah's store and find out that he's off so obviously he never called back. Now we're at today, 1/14. By 10 I haven't heard from Micah so I called the store, he doesn't have an update but gives me a refund. The refund is appreciated but I STILL DON'T HAVE MY GLASSES. Micah reminds me that they put the frames and lenses together so they're wearable in the interim. Both Micah and Briana have told me that the lenses and frames are wearable and Micah even says that he 'inspected them himself and they're perfect'. I guess they both need their own glasses because the lenses were very clearly melted when the frames were. There's a large smudge that's impossible to remove and impossible to miss when inspecting a lense for a customer. Micah just accused me of melting the lenses and my 'rush' order will be ready Friday.
