I signed a contract with ********** of America LLC, ***********************************************************************************, **************, on 05/12/2023. ************************* was the salesperson. The company installed my roof in June. After a rain storm I noticed a leak in my bedroom. I called ****, my contact at the company, sent him photo showing the leak. He sent *******, one of the guys who installed the roof, out to take care of the leak. After that I didn't noticed any leaks. On 9/15/2023, after a heavy rainstorm I noticed it was leaking again in the same place. I called the numbers I had for **** and *******, no answers. I goggled the company and called the number that was listed. I photographed the leak and texted it to the number. ****** called me and said he had my file and someone would contact me. I called almost everyday since then, no one has contacted me yet. I recently renewed my homeowners insurance, the inspectors came out and said there are some lose shingles on the roof, also. On 9/20/2023 I called the company, ****** answered the phone, he wasn't very nice. He told me he was waiting for the guys to give him a date when they could come to my home. Today, 9/25/2023 I haven't heard anything from *********** My original roof was old, but it did not leak.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:*** from ********** called me on Sept. 28 and informed me that the roofers would be at residence on Sept. 29 to repair my roof. ******* and ******* did come and they worked on the roof. To date October 12, I have not noticed any leaks. Thanks for BBB's assistance.

On May 12, **************************************** of America LLC, *************************************************, **************. The NEW roof has been leaking since installation. This is my SECOND complaint to the BBB against this Company. I don't get any assistance from the company, *** *************, is the person I communicate with. According to his business card, *************************** is the owner of Fortune Contracting, **************, email:******************************. ******* and *************************** installed the roof. ******* no longer work with *******. I contacted *******, told him my problem, he said he would be at my house on Wednesday, April 3 at 8 a.m, He did not come or call. ******* has been to my house 3 times to repair the roof, the last time he came was on March 28. He went on the roof and assured me he found the problem and said it shouldn't leak anymore. Well, he didn't fix the problem and the roof still leaks. May 2024 will be a year since I contracted this company. All I want them to do is fix the roof. I'm afraid if we have severe weather in this area, my roof would not withstand it.

Roofing work is completely unacceptable and very poor installation damage to the inside of my home due no tarps to cover roof when rained.Complete utter disaster totally incompetent workmanship major damage to my home due water damage.This company is a complete joke i filed a complaint with ******* ******** of ********* and in the process of filing a law suit against the company..Business response

This response was taken verbally by BBB:
We acknowledge that there was water damage and were/are willing to repair it. We originally attempted to schedule repairs and the customer refused to allow us to the home unless he was there and then would not schedule with us, instead directing us to his attorney. After our attorneys got involved, the customer agreed to allow us to make repairs and we are scheduled to go out tomorrow.
