I ordered a pair of jeans and they were too long so I asked for a petite and they sent me the same size. When I went to speak to customer service there was so nasty to me ***** and ***** and QVC and HSN are so different. I was never spoken to like that at ***.

I ordered Nakery skin care products, was not nearly as impressed with this cosmetic line as HSN seems to be and returned all of it for refund minus shipping. I got about half my money back and will NEVER order anything from HSN again. CAUTION! Late night TV, wine and credit card is not good business. Stay away from ordering from HSN-they are a rip off from beginning of order process to the end of return process. Amazon is the only way to go.

I ordered an ** 17" *********** Laptop from HSN but the camera does not work on it and they will not offer me a refund or a replacement. After having the laptop for about 91 days, I needed to join a Zoom meeting and to my surprise the camera did not work. I took the laptop to a computer specialist and after trouble shooting it the technician informed me the the camera just was not on the computer. The laptop just shows "camera cannot be found". I reported the issue to HSN but was told I was out of my 30 day return and referred me to ** tech support. Tech support ran the same diagnostics as my computer expert and found the same problem - no camera found. The ** tech did a remote "reset" on the laptop. Keep in mind, I bought the laptop for work and am unable to perform that work without the laptop. After the reset the camera still did not work. Talked to the ** ******************* again and they refuse to send me a new laptop, they want to repair this one, which means-once again, I will be without a work computer. Additionally, they stated that if the laptop sustains any damage while being shipped back to them or on the return to me THEY WONT COVER THE DAMAGE. HSN SOLD ME A PIECE OF **** BROKEN LAPTOP AND WONT MAKE IT RIGHT, I FEEL SCAMMED BY ** AND HSN!!!

I did order Two Hp laptop it come in of laptop and make a false statement for damage and yes I cost money turn lost in damage cost me $350.00 Silver and blue was the colors of laptops and I got my money back from HSN and also tried to close my account and yes I did called them they told me that they cant close and dont own them anymore.

I attempted to make a payment, HSN never contacted me about my account in collection. When I called the collection agency HSN provided, the collection agency stated I owed double the amount HSN stated. No invoice sent even though I requested an invoice of amount.

Never fails, just about every product I purchased from HSN is faulty, breaks or doesn't do what it's suppose to do! In this case all 3 apply! I purchased the ************** and vinegar dispenser and because I only needed one, I decided to give the other one to my son! Well like all the other HSN products Ive purchased, the one i kept didn't work! I'm so sick and tired of the junk they sell you. This shopping networks stinks anymore! The only good thing about this defective item is I got it right in time for trash night!

********* ******* HSN will not let me order any items for the full amount or the flex amount due to someone who used to live at my address had their own separate account under a different name and owes a balance to them. I have contacted customer service and sent a letter to the headquarters of HSN in ******* explaining that I have my own account under my name & dont owe any balances. This other person, no longer lives at my address. I have not heard from HSN headquarters. It has been months.

I purchased a product from HSN 'Miracle Smile by ******************** this product is a flosser (Miracle Smile Deluxe Pro Water Flosser) I find out today that this company has over 161 complaints from some of their customers regarding bad products. My product was returned to this location ************************************************************** where it has been sitting for over a month now. HSN told me that when the product comes in this company will notify them (HSN) that the product was there. Well its still sitting there. I'm stuck because I loss the tracking number and there's nothing I nor HSN can do, what about calling the company to see why they haven't been notified. I don't know how to get my refund. Why is HSN selling their products??? shouldn't they know better?

HSN sent a wrong size which they replaced. They sent a confusing label with both USPS and UPS. UPS stores get confused to USPS. In this confusion the UPS store sent it via USPS. They refuse that they never got it. I got fed up of contacting and complaining how confusing their label is and the hard time I had to send the item back. They re-charged my credit card despite my telling them I have shipped it back at least six times. I asked them for a separate UPS label that they never sent. I had a horrible experience due to their mistake. Not helpful. Poor system. Bad customer service. Like other reviews are greedy on money and have ways to charge multiple times without your consent. Will never buy from them!

I have been a long-time customer; I returned an item and received a late bill of $5.66 and customer service said I am obligated to pay. What a disgrace, Goodbye HSN. You just lost a very loyal customer. ****** ** *******
