We had ***** square feet *** installed on our 2d and 3d story floors in August 2021. We contacted JB Flooring via online inquiries, phone calls and finally certified US Mail about some warranty work and ***** and ******************** came to the house in July 2022. They sent out original installer, *****, and he glued a couple planks together. The floor has continued to deteriorate, we have several seams separating, planks popping up throughout the house and corners of some planks have vinyl peeling up creating sharp points that can cut your foot. In only two years the floor needs completely taken up and reseated if the ***s are even salvageable. I dont know if it was installation/poor workmanship or bad product. I again sent an online inquiry about the floors problems and ***** replied within a few days. ************************* and ***** visited my house again to look at my messed up floors on January 31, 2024. Bill insisted it was water damage but would help me. They said they would speak to a trusted installer about coming over and inspecting the floor more in-depth and potentially repairing it but needed to know how many spare pieces of *** I had. Then they would need a couple weeks to get something scheduled. The *** box says 100% waterproof all over it. There has been no unusual water or flooding of the floor. The floor is worst in the kitchen but also broken in the hall, living room, office area and primary bathroom. I called Wednesday, 1/31/2024, and spoke with *****. I told him I have 9 pieces of ***. He said hed have somebody contact me and needed a couple weeks to set something up.A month passed and Ive not heard back from them or from a floor installer. I filled out another online inquiry stating I have 9 *** boards, no response In less than a year the floor was failing. I less than 3 years the *** has deteriorated to the point its unsafe. Its unacceptable for this product, this amount of money, and this workmanship to fall apart so quickly.

Good day, I'm writing your organization in hopes receive assistance in resolving an issue with a company called JB Flooring. On October 2, 2020 we purchased carpet and LVP (luxury vinyl plank) flooring. The products were purchased that date but were not installed till sever weeks later. We have had nothing but problems with this company since the installs began and I had numerous calls to get items corrected. I was very disappointed about the seams they had made. The seams are very noticeable and pilling around them. Roughly around November 2021 I noticed that my carpet began pilling. I purchased a high-quality carpet because I have several dogs. I have the called the company on three different occasion trying to get assistance on getting warranty work done on my carpet. November 13, 2021 at 1030 December 14, 2021 at 1235 January 14, 2022 at 0923 All 3 times I spoke with a man named Sandy. He took my information and said they would get back to me to schedule someone to come out as of today January 24, 2022 no one has responded. Between November 2021 and December 2021, I called **** ******** and attempted to make a warranty claim since I was not getting any results from JB Flooring. **** told me I had to file a warranty claim with the company of purchase and install. I advised **** that JB Flooring was not cooperating and not coming out. They said there was nothing they could do until JB Flooring filed a warranty claim. As I looked through the reviews on the company it seems the common denominator here is Sandy. I can not get around the mas because he is in charge of warranty stuff. I am a 100% totally and permanently disable veteran I believe there is a law from scamming veterans in the state of Florida. We sent $17,643.03 on carpet and flooring and this is how we are treated. I have not mentioned how the transition pieces between carpet and LVP are coming unglued and a hole in the floor under the carpet that was never filled and when you step in the are you feel
