We had a simple task and it was addressed in a timely manner. One screen on one of our windows was not the proper screen. When we moved in the screen was missing so a temp. screen was installed. This screen left a gap where bugs could get in...so with the cooler weather coming we wanted to open windows and noticed the temp screen was still there.We had forgotten about it, but filled out a form to have it replaced and within 2 weeks it was done.Maronda Homes Inc of Florida Response

Nothing but excellent service from Maronda. The sales representatives were all great. The person who really shined was ***** *******. He was informative, helpful and pleasant to work with. ****** **** at the ******** Model has been amazing!! We signed earlier this year and she continues to give us updates from the time we signed going through permitting as well as construction updates. She always promptly responds and is very knowledgeable on Maronda's products and procedures. We couldn't be happier with our sales person. **** ******** is our construction supervisor and has been doing a great job at keeping the job site clean and keeping the process running fast and smooth! **** **** and *** ******** are The Best!!!! This was such a wonderful experience for our parents to bring them closer to us. From start to finish we knew we were in the right hands. They took extra care of our parents with the walkthrough and settlement making sure we all knew every step coming and easing our minds. *** was fantastic explaining all the details of the house. Wow, Maronda has been fabulous for us. From start to finish the process was seamless. My PM ****** ******** was top tier. He went above and beyond to ensure every little thing with our home was perfect. From tiny nicks in the wall to a drop of paint. I have had three other homes built by others builders in my lifetime. My Maronda build was the smoothest process and quality so far.
