I contracted with Cabinet Solution in build and install a customized bookshelves /wall-unit for my living room. I approved the provided drawings and estimate and made a deposit on October 13th, 2023. The installation was supposed to be completed in early December. I have the receipt and confirmation. On November 6th I received an email from ******************* that informed me that due to delay in the arrival my project would be delayed but will installation will be finished in December. On December 2nd, I followed up with an email to get a confirmation for the installation date. I received no response, phone call went unanswered. I followed up with another email on December 5th and December 6th. Phone calls went into a dead telephone line. I drove to the office and it looked closed. On December 9th, I received an email from ***********************, the *** of the company, who apologized and informed me that they would have to postpone the installation into January as their professional installer was not available. I send a followup email on January 3rd and another one on January 5th in which I asked for an immediate call back (since the phone calls went unanswered and do not have a working voicemail). I have not heard from them.
