I recently purchased the Business in a Box bundle in August 2022. I was immediately contacted by an employee who helped me get started via zoom. Shortly after communication began to decline. In September I was to have another 30 min. zoom meeting and that meeting was cancelled and pushed back multiple times with multiple employees till january 2023. In the meantime I was communicating with an employee about my logo. Communication completely stopped when they sent me a few choices. I chose one and added a few touches. instead of changing it how i needed it I was sent the wrong one and communication with that person completely stopped with zero reply to further emails. I brought this up in my zoom meeting in January and was told that many employees were either let go or left and that is why my project was taking months to finish. I have emailed directly on the website with no reply. I have even texted the original lady who helped me start with zero reply. I have found an instagram and tried to message and comment on posts with no reply. I have emailed multiple times requesting a full refund with zero reply. the last bit of communication was with this employee who informed me of people leaving. He would not allow my full 30 min. zoom that I purchased with my package and instead only allowed 15 min. He also stated that he had to ask permission to finish my logo. He informed me that my website, which has not yet been opened or touched by the company at all, would be finished two days after our zoom (january 14) and it has yet to be logged into by anyone but me. He has since stopped communicating completely. It has now been over 6 months with nothing, absolutely nothing, completed by this company. I have every email and message sent and received and will be following up with legal action.

Last year, I ordered The Ultimate Package for $199.99 (originally set at a few thousand dollars). I felt like it was a complete waste of my time! The owners took FOREVER to respond back to my emails! It took months for me to finally speak with the team that helps you build a website! When they finished, all they did was send me a link to show me the mock website, and then sent links for me to unzip the files and finish the website on my own! I'm glad I did not waste thousands of dollars on this package, but I still feel like all the troubles I went through was NOT worth the $200 price! The Boss Palace is a scam, it's unfair how they're are getting over on businesses of promising black women just for their own selfish benefit!

If I could give them no stars I would how do you have a business but cant run it properly my card was charged without my authorization and they wont issue me a refund saying they cant offer me a refund anymore how cant you if you JUST took my money that I never authorized anyone to take or USE its ridiculous how can you call yourself a business when you dont care that someone stole my money including you
