I bought tickets for an event that was originally scheduled for Nov 2021 at Columbia county fairgrounds in St Helen's, OR. It was rescheduled due to weather (despite being advertised as rain or shine) to this weekend. The organization never secured the venue and people were being turned away at the gate, including me and my family (spouse, 2 kids, my parents - 4 adult tickets). I checked their website and their Facebook the morning of the event and as I write this they're still advertising the Portland show that goes through this weekend! I want a refund for the tickets (bought on 2 different cards) and I want reimbursement for the gas we spent getting there in 2 different cars. Based on the driving distance of 28 miles one way (56 round trip) in a 2007 Chevy Silverado 1500 & 2015 Mazda 3 manual transmission, using the combined MPG on www.fueleconomy.gov, that's 56/17 = 3.3 gallons (Chevy) 56/33 = 1.7 gallons (Mazda) 5 gallons total @ $4.40 = $22 If I have to take this to small claims I will figure out time spent, entertainment costs for kids, reimbursement on food during travel down to the last goldfish cracker.Business response

Drove an hour and a half to go to one of their shows that was advertised as "Rain or Shine" only to be greeted and told they cancelled the show. The website didn't mention anything about the cancellation whatsoever. They refuse to give me a refund, they are a scam.Business response

As per the safety of our customers and performers, we rescheduled the show for May 20-22, 2022 at the same venue. Show that are postponed, not canceled, are non refundable as per our return policy below. I have also not received a request for a refund from you. I purchased 2 Monster Truckz show tickets (4/8) & went to the fairgrounds today only to find hand written sign saying "No Truck Show" and a sign posted showing the company's name with the number "************" - Once it was called it was a complete scam number!! NOT to mention this is already a RESCHEDULE for the Portland location in Mt. Saint Helens. I have a 3 year old son bawling in the back of our car on our way back home that's a one hour drive! I want a complete refund & might as well throw in the gas money wasted!! This is a disgrace and I cannot believe they pass out "free kids tickets" to daycares/stores. This business needs to be stopped, what a complete scam, waste of time, and disappointment to my 3 year old sons "first monster truck show"!Business response

I purchased tickets in September 2021 the show was rescheduled due to "weather" it was moved to April 8-10 when I arrived to the fairgrounds there were signs up that said no monster trucks show. When I investigated the fairgrounds said they never had a contract to have a show of that type there. No one answers Steller's customer service line and offer zero refundsBusiness response

On Oct 2nd, 2021 I purchase 6 adult tickets to the Monster Truckz Mayhem Tour that was scheduled to take place on Friday Nov 5, 2021 at the Columbia county fairgrounds at 7pm. RAIN OR SHINE! I paid $126.98! On Wednesday Nov 3, 2021, just 2 days before the event, I recieved an email stating the show was being cancelled due to RAIN. lol and that they would release the new dates within the week. I assumed it would be close dates but instead on Nov 8, 2021 I recieved an email stating the show was postponed and the new date was to be April 8th, 2022! Literally 5months away when I had already taken work off and gotten a group together eager to go watch the show soon. This was a Christmas present and clearly that wouldn't be anymore. But with everything going on Covid wise I accepted it and patiently waited for April 8th. Fast forward to today Tuesday April 5, 2022. I found a post on their Facebook page with a list of upcoming events and the Portland show was NOT listed. So I contacted Monster Tuckz through Facebook messenger asking about the Portland show I have tickets for and I got a response back saying that they are going putting the show on at a different date and a different Venue!! I wrote back and asked for a refund because this is a joke at this point and I am done dealing with it. Now conveniently none of my messages will send through and Ucant get a response. I would like all $126.98 of my money refunded ASAP. Wish you could pay for the time and hope we all wasted on yall as well.Business response

But seems appropriate that you would also fail to take accountability for that and blame the venue . I will accept a refund of every penny I paid towards this SCAM and not a cent less. If I hadn't bought the tickets I wouldn't have paid any fees and I paid for a show that yall failed to put on. That's your issue not mine. It's called false advertisement. Me and my husband my two kids and my dad came today April 3rd at 2:00 first of all $15 parking was not mentioned also the free pit party was a lie it was told us it was free and was charged I feel like I was scammed in the videos it showed you guys running over trucks and doing flips and that was not the case I paid alot and I do mean alot of money everything you guys advertised was a lie we was literally there for only 2 hours my kids had a terrible time and I want a refundBusiness response

On April 2nd, 2022, me and my family of 5 went to this what they call "amazing Monster Truckz Show". Come to find out it's not as amazing as people think. It was 50$ a ticket online with free child ticket. I thought ok cool, that's not so bad including what all they are gonna do: rock climbing, shooting a man out of a canon etc. All they did was just over little hills. Then had intermission that lasted about 20 minutes, mind you the show started at 7:15pm when it was supposed to start at 7pm. Then they ended 30 minutes early at 8:30pm. It was supposed to be till 9pm. Everything is so overpriced, what you think is "free" included with the ticket such as riding the monster truck will actually cost 21$ a person even with kids 3 and up. Everything pretty much was 10$ and up. Food wasn't even the greatest. Show was not that entertaining and I would like a refund. This was a absolute scam. Overpriced and a waste of money. Thanks for not putting on the show that you guys listed all over pages. The monster truckz didn't even have the respect to line up at the gate during them stating who was driving the vehicles, instead they were all the way across the other side of the field. Plus this was my first experience and I probably will never go to you guys again. Could of at least made more action for my moneys worth. I spent over $300. Build a better show and a better business. I'll repeat myself a 1000 times to please refund! -thanks ******.Business response

My family, myself and few friends attended Monster Truckz in Wilson, NC on Saturday March 19th 2022. We would never go again. The show was mediocre at best. $15 for parking $70 per ticket at the gate, luckily we bought a little early and got the tickets for $35. Once inside the prices on all products were more expensive then at Disney World. $12 for a snow cone, $15 for a popcorn, $10 for a lemonade, $5 for a bottle of water, I don't even want to know how much the regular food cost. The tickets for the kids were $7 per ticket to do one activity. It was $21 if you wanted to take a 30 second ride in a monster truck when the videos they advertise on social media we're much longer. No crushing of cars, only 5 trucks running for brief moments, nothing like the videos they show on their posting advertisements. No wheelies, flips or any stunts other then gliding over the jumps. The dirt bike crew canceled their act and instead threw out a couple frisbees to the crowd. It was supposed to be a 90 minute show and wasn't at all. It started 20 minutes late, ran for 25 minutes took a long intermission then ran for maybe another 35 minutes. We left their feeling like we were robbed without using gun. It was a total disappointment and disaster, with immense amounts of false advertisement to get people to spend their hard earned money.Business response
