Went to a show, rain or shine event. 5 minutes prior to show they cancelled due to sprinkle of rain. Wouldn't give us parking fee back, gave us number to call to get refund, cannot get refund, no one will get back to me and the mailbox is too full to leave messages.Business response

For the parking, unfortunately, we cannot refund as it was paid in cash and is a non refundable item. We are getting through the postponed show requests as quickly as possible and apologize for any delays in responding. Voicemail was full from over the weekend with a lot of requests but has been gone through and is open to leave messages. Return Policy If your event is cancelled, we will refund the amount you paid for your tickets (minus order processing, service and delivery fees) using the same payment method used for purchase. If your event is postponed, we will contact you with the new date and time. All Event personnel have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder for any reason at their discretion. Venue and Talent are subject to change without notice and are not grounds for a refund. We bought tickets for Saturday March 12th show. It stated the show was from 2-5 but ended at 3:30 with a 20 minute intermission and 20 min pause in the show due to one of the trucks breaking down. It stated human cannon, motocross team and rock crawlers which NONE of that happened. It also stated monster truck ride included in the ticket price, NOT true. It also stated pit party, that was even more false advertisement! 4 of the 6 trucks were parked on the track and only 2 of the drivers stood at the table. This was a total scam and we spent so much money! I want my ticket cost back at least since the show that was promised didn't happen. It was windy that day BUT no postpone was made for the rest of the show!Business response

Hello, I purchased tickets for Monster truckz for my husband and son oct 22nd for the early November show near Portland or. My family drove am hour to be there and were turned away due to rain. The fliers stated rain or shine which is why we brought ponchos. There was no email, no heads up, don't drive out here. Just turned away at the gate. They stated refunds would come but I have called and emailed still not getting refunded.Business response

I was on Facebook an a ad came up about monster trucks. I started filling out the form with my card info. Right before I hit the payment button I realized it was false advertisement. This was not the original monster trucks. I got the back browser all the way out and later that night I realized they charged my card. I have called the number, sent emails and did the live chat. I finally got David M***** on the phone and he stated he couldn't help me. Then he hung up in my face. I spent 50.56 on tickets. The shoe is March 6, 2022.Business response

On their website the promote their 941 number as customer service but it's actual customer service. I called because I forgot to input my promo code and the representative tells me he can't do nothing about that it's not their problem and that it's my fault. This is suppose to be a friendly family event and there's nothing friendly about it. On their website it says nothing about not being able to add a promo . So I don't understand why this gentleman could help me or atleast attempt to get his supervisor to help me. I wasn't asking for a refund I was simply asking to edit my order to in put my promo code I was given . I called within mins of placing the order for assistance .Business response

I purchased tickets from this company for Savannah,GA show on April 24,2021. The day of the event they cancelled. They said they were "working diligently to reschedule". After checking in a few times and still being told they're working on it, I requested a refund in October 2021. They informed me that since it had been 180 days they'd have to send my information to their billing department and send me a paper check. I said okay. As of December, I checked back and inquired about it and I was ignored. I've tried again multiple times to inquire about my refund and they continue to ignore me and I've received nothing.Business response

I attended a show in Glenn's F**** Idaho on 10-24-21. There website says Rain or Shine. They cancelled the show and I never have recieved a refund when they said they would. I have emailed Them and they got the proof I was there. Now it's been 2 months and they wont return my emails. I have recieved no money back. I paid for 4 people which is $200 and $10 for parking. Purchased tickets to a Monster Truckz show in November 2021 because it was coming to our town which seemed convenient. Ticket prices were overpriced, but it's for the kids so we bought them. They cancelled at least 4 days prior to the event even happening citing weather and it would be too muddy, even though it hadn't happened, they were expecting it to happen. They "rescheduled" the event to April 2022, when we won't be able to go, so we requested a refund, with no response, so I filed a claim through our bank and of course they responded to that... and said that because they rescheduled that it was just postponed, NOT cancelled. The email I received said the lingo CANCELLED. It seems that they are doing chargebacks on everyone's tickets that we know, but not reaching out to anyone themselves. I just want my money back at this point, I'm beyond frustrated.Business response

We sell the first 100 adult tickets for each show and time for $16.50.Inconjuction with our kids free ticket a family of 4 can attend for about $33.00. Since this has been disputed with your bank we can not issue a refund at this time. If the dispute is removed we can then issue the refund. They explained the charge for the first 100 tickets, which is NOT what we got, after the first 100 tickets the cost of each adult ticket was anywhere from $35-50 depending on the day. Plus the $10-$11 service fee of course. The company did finally give us a refund after filing this dispute (minus the service fee, they didn't refund that) so I'm not sure why they're saying they cannot give us a refund until the dispute with the bank is closed. I am more than happy to get back a refund minus the service fee, but I implore anyone researching this company NOT to purchase tickets to any of their events, because they're just not a quality company. Hopefully they get better and their shows become legitimate entertainment shows rather than parked trucks and up charges on food and beverages at the events, but if their business model is generating money without them having to do anything but cancel events... I bought 4 tickets to the monster truckz extreme tours in punta gorda fl on December 11 and what was advertised wasn't accurate. They said there was going to be car smashing and there was not, it started 30 minutes late and the pit party was also false advertisement. Everything had to be paid for and they never said that. It was a totally scam, it was very disappointing for a 40 minute drive there to see less then 40 minutes of the show when it was promoted to be 2 hours. When I looked for the e mail to upload with the tickets it's now gone.Business response

It also states Visit "The Pit Party" FREE and learn all the inner workings of the giant Monster Truckz. Photos with the drivers who describe the physics of driving these Massive mechanical beasts. During the pit party none of the above you just described was done. It was all venues selling food and souvenirs. The show wasn't 90 minutes because it started 20 minutes late then a truck broke down and that took another 10 minutes so by the time the show started and between the intermissions the show wasn't even an hour. I would like a full refund.
