Weve been wanting to do a total house remodel (except kitchen) for a couple of years. Our master bathroom was in total shambles, water damage, how our vanity was still standing is beyond me. For two years Ive been calling contractors to no avail either they wouldnt call back or didnt want to come to the house to do an estimate just wanted to know what my budget was.Then I contacted Royal Remodeling & Design! **** called me back same day! Made an appointment, came to the house got a feel for what we wanted & put together a budget! It was heaven sent! New master bathroom with walk-in shower, glass shower doors, timber shaker cabinets with Cambria quartz countertops, floor to ceiling tile. Updated guest bathroom, new tile floor through the house all new doors, trim & baseboards and get rid of the popcorn ceiling and new paint.Royal Remodeling & Design team put together a design and budget to fit our ******** we were going to be out of state during the project I was a little nervous about not being hands on. Well, ****** the project manager put my worries to rest. He was always a phone call or text away. Sent weekly progress reports and when decisions need to be made done all via phone, text or ************ that our project is complete I would like to thank ***** ***** ******* ******* ***** and the whole Royal Remodeling & Design Team for a job well done! We worked with 3 different contractors to get bids on a full remodel of our bathroom. We were immediately most confident with Royal. **** was able to describe in detail what they needed to do and the process they would follow. We waited for the other bids and Royal was neither the most expensive nor the cheapest but selecting Royal was an easy decision for us. We also added to our original scope and **** was very accommodating in helping us include the additional work.**** invited us to the showroom to select our cabinets, tile and countertops. ***** also joined us and both **** and ***** offered sound advice and were very patient as we looked at many combinations. They also provided partner suppliers who helped us pick our fixtures. **** brought Vik our project manager to our site to confirm the design. Vik was very knowledgeable and provided an overall plan. Once work began we never had a delay or a day without activity except when we requested no work due to travel or other conflicts. Vik was on site frequently and always easily accessible and responsive.**** and *** had also assured us that the workers they would assign were skilled and had extensive experience. That became obvious to us once work began. From the tear down through to final painting and finish each team or person was exceptionally skilled and very courteous. Each day the teams cleaned before they left. *** provided excellent overall coordination and the team worked very well together. We are thrilled with the final result and would highly recommend Royal.

As an Interior Designer I knew trying to do a whole house renovation in Sarasota Florida from long distance would be difficult. I would need to find a quality contractor, reliable, honest and with some taste. I found all this and more with Royal Remodeling & Design. Stan started the process by carefully listening to our needs and goals and producing computer designs of our kitchen and bathrooms that clearly defined the project. Their showroom on Main Street downtown Sarasota allowed us to pick out all finishes at once including cabinets, quartz countertops, porcelain tile wood planks and other products to making sure the colors and textures flowed. He worked with us to find the perfect tile backsplash and fit in desired kitchen appliances. Vik, our project manager on the job, was patient, efficient and very detail oriented. Their subs and employes were all perfect craftsmen and we never doubted the quality of construction. Vik made sure we were aware of any problems and also made sure they were resolved to our satisfaction. We could not be happier with our “new” home and our time trusting Royal Remodeling & Design. We highly recommend them.

Royal Remodeling & Design Guest Bath **** We recently contracted with Royal Remodel to update our ****s guest bathroom and are delighted with our choice of contractors. Although we kept the original footprint of the room, it now feels much more open and spacious. It is like our own ********** room.**** and *** were very helpful in selection of materials and execution of the project with the eye of an artist. Every member of their team took pride in their work and was willing to listen to our input and questions. Communication regarding the project was excellent. We always knew what to expect and who would be coming to the house.Dust from the demolition was kept to a minimum and the area was always cleaned when the days work was completed.We would definitely contact Royal Remodeling & Design for future projects and highly recommend them with 5 stars

Royal Remodeling did a fantastic job on our master bathroom suite. We had a pretty extensive remodel which included moving around most of the plumbing and creating new walls for the space. From start to finish they were very professional. **** was there at the beginning to help with the design and selections for the finishes. He was very patient as well as informative regarding the latest trends. The showroom offered a perfect opportunity to make selections, which were abundant, but not overwhelming. They had Cambria countertops, high-quality wood cabinets, and several options for flooring. *** managed the project from start to finish. He was excellent with communication, always making sure we knew when to expect someone. The in-house crew was very professional and polite. They did high-quality work. They also did a few extras without any complaint and did a wonderful job. Overall we couldnt be happier with our finished product and would highly recommend them to anyone.

My wife and i being ******** own a 2nd home in ******** since 2010. We have decided to renovate our home in June of 2023. We looked at several design companies to do a full kitchen remodel and new porcelain tile wood plank flooring throughout the house and other minor things. We wanted to pick a company that was reliable, trust worthy, has great credibility and most important that we are comfortable working with the company. It was important that they would be able to work independently and take care of the property for us while we were not at the house.Im a custom builder, developer and a tract builder in ****** for 45 years. I have built and renovated many homes through my company in ******. We also have a large property management company. So picking a company in ******* that would meet our expectations and standards is very important to me and my wife. I am still engaged in my business with my 3 kids all working in our company, we are a family business. We picked Royal Remodeling & Design because they are a family business and they have all the commitment, dedication, social skills and understanding on being responsible, by doing high quality work with best costumer service. Royal Remodeling & Design just completed the renovations in our ******** home in September. With the deadline as expected and their work was exceptional. They were always keeping us informed via emails, FaceTimes, text and were always available immediately by phone while we were back in ******. We never had to come to ******* to check on the work they were doing.They had their dustless demo crew, electricians, plumbers, tile installers, painters, cabinet installers do exceptional work. We are not new to the home construction process. We have designed and custom built two homes in another state. After moving to ******* and purchasing an older home that needed a remodel and we thought - oh this should be easy! We were in for a rude awakening. We suffered through a "professional designer" who took over 7 months to get plans together and then they were not even what we asked for. We wasted thousands of dollars and two years of our lives looking for contractors, designers, anyone reliable and trustworthy to help us.We quickly learned this state is riddled with shady and untrustworthy contractors and that "lower price" usually means RUN the other way! Before we found **** and his team - we thought we found a contractor who gave us a fake license number, took our deposit and ran! Finally, I ran across Royal Remodeling and Design. We were nervous of course, after getting screwed over by numerous other people.Let me tell you - this company is the REAL DEAL. We are absolutely thrilled. They showed up to the minute, on time. They were very communicative and we knew what was happening every day. The workmanship was excellent. **** even designed our kitchen and bathroom right in his showroom! No need to waste thousands on a "designer" who uses old school paper and pencil and takes months.We had our floors done, full kitchen remodel, fireplace remodel, laundry room and bathroom. They were done in LESS time than we anticipated ( unheard of). We plan to hire them again for another project in the near future.You can find "cheap" and waste thousands in shoddy work, takes three times as long to get done or you are being scammed by someone working without proper licensing. **** and his team are highly professional. We have hired Royal ******************************** twice now. The first time was when needed to renovate our newly purchased outdated condo in *********************************** in ********. We interviewed five contractors and chose Royal Remodeling & Design because we thought **** had the best ideas and the most enthusiasm. Once it was decided to hire Royal the process was easy to get started.Within a weeks time we met **** at his downtown ******** showroom where he showed us our kitchen and bathroom designs on a computer program that made it easier to visualize. Once final changes were made we quickly got to picking out things we needed for our project. It was very convenient to have everything to choose from right there in the showroom. Kitchen Cabinetry and hardware, Cambria Quartz, Tile for backsplashes, showers and flooring. We especially liked the selection available for tile wood plank flooring.Once construction started the crew headed up by Project Manager Vik was diligent, friendly ************** up at the end of each day. They were attentive to all of our concerns as well. It was a pleasure to be with them each day that they were working. The project went smoothly and was on time and on budget.Our condo turned out great. It was our happy place until we decided to buy a single family home since we decided to become full time residents of *******. So it was with great confidence that we hired Royal Remodeling & Design to renovate our new home. We recently moved into our beautifully renovated home after going through the same experience as with our condo and we couldnt be happier. ****** Family
