On May 27, 2023 my mother ******************************* passed away. I consulted with ******************************************** and Palms Memorial Park for the funeral and burial on May 29th. Her funeral with ******************************************** went perfectly on June 3rd. However, I then had to consult with the cemetery arm of the organization (Palms Memorial Park) on June 9th to order her grave marker. I ordered a bronze marker with a granite background. The granite was to be a peacy/beige color to match the bronze rather than the standard white granite. I was told at most it would take 12 weeks. After repeatedly contacting my sales representative ************************* via email and getting either no response or excuses, I stopped at the cemetery on December 1st and the marker was still not there. I walked inside and asked to speak to her. She told me she would call the marker company the following Monday and then call me back (December 4th). She did call me that morning and told me it was in their warehouse and it would be installed that day. I returned on December 12th to find that it had NOT been installed. I went inside and asked to speak to a supervisor. I spoke with ***************************** and she assured me it would be installed that day. I requested a photograph be taken and sent to me. She did do that the following day, however, the granite is the wrong color, it's white. I have since called ********* on her personal cell phone, which she provided the number, as well as email she and ****** three more times with no response to the email or the phone call. I just want it made right as well as an explanation and a timeline of how they will correct the error.
