Purchased Surfboard Table at fair in ****** on Nov. 9, 2023. Paid cash in order to get discount and paid $150 to have table delivered. Before I purchased inquired about durability and was assured that table would be okay sitting on my lanai , has 5 coats of polyurethane. On Dec. 14 contacted owner. Table is peeling. He said that is not normal and agreed to fix it. Didnt hear anything and followed up on Dec. 19. He suggested would be easier to swap table out. I agreed and said we would set a date after the holidays. Text on Jan. 8 to see if we could set a mutual time, heard nothing. Followed up Jan. 17 and received message they were working on new tops and I would be first on the list. On Feb. 4 I again followed up and received text that they will replace the table but the insinuation was that we did something. Again reached out on May 2 and have heard nothing. I have all text on our conversations, as well as the pictures I sent him showing the problem. I just want the table replaced which is what he agreed to.
