-Contacted ***** from Alberto's Furniture Refinishing on 1/9/24 to repair an antique arm chair.-Dropped off the chair on Saturday 1/13/24 at his shop at ************************************ -Invoice dated 1/11/24 and paid through ****** on 1/13/24 -I obtained fabric for the upholstery on 3/30/24 and gave ***** the fabric on 4/10/24 at his shop -I have called and texted several times since April, and I have only heard back from ***** once at the beginning of May. Since that time he has not returned my calls or texts. I went to his shop, and he is not there. There is furniture stacked outside of his shop under some tarps with the company van parked outside. It doesn't look like anyone has been there in awhile.-I would like my chair returned, preferably with the work completed. I am happy to pay for the services.Business response
