This contractor was dishonest, incompetent, had a terrible work ethic, and did not complete the job. He drastically underestimated materials, adding to the cost mid project so there is no way to reject the work. He also used materials different than the quote and stuck me with increased prices after he had already bought materials and brought them to the job site, failure to notify. No communication concerning changes, start times, end times and he unilaterally made changes on the project without prior approval. I had to go in and figure out what he had done. Quoted 2-day project and "finished" in 5. Said he'd start early at 8am but never showed earlier than 9 and never put in more than 3.5 hours work. Work is shoddy, to the point I had to do the landscape borders myself. The one he did I will need to rip out because it looks awful. Failed to check irrigation when replacing sod, promised work verbally and then reneged saying it's not in the invoice (my fault for being trusting). Because he drastically underestimated materials, he did not cover weed mats and irrigation hosing in many areas, I will need to do it myself. Had to hire another landscaping company to look everything over and fix irrigation. They acknowledged the terrible, overpriced work.

Owner presents nice and fair. I've seen some good work from him too. For whatever reason he did not value this project and got really angry and nasty with me when I questioned anything he was doing. He ran out of here before we could address issues and asked for payment plus extra. I addressed the issues and he called me crazy and threatened to take me to court. I am a disabled combat veteran just starting my family so this is the last thing I needed. I paid the money owed from the original invoice and was done with it. Please beware and avoid hiring this contractor.

The client changed the materials on the job moved materials after we installed it. Went to home depot and got materials and installed it without talking to me. Then asked for more produce outside the invoice said we need more I told him it would be more money outside of invoice He said why. I told him materials cost money . We also had to take back materials which is a 10% return cost which he didn't pay or ask if he could. This client was out of line and I am happy with the work during all the drama of this client I hope next time he dose the work himself before he says go ahead after we lowered his cost 2000 dollars to help him I leave this one bad review in a 7 years I don't feel we did anything wrong for this client only lost money and got a bashing online . Are company has worked locally in Florida for 30 years
