Sold our house and buyers used this company as closing agent. We signed early and the ALTA and closing disclosure figures changed, signatures were swapped without consent. We signed our documents 4 days before buyers. The Alta figures changed and we were never notified. Our signatures were used and first two pages were replaced on two separate documents. Not a phone call, email, or addendum issued with the new figures. Fraudulently used our signatures on a document we never reviewed.

Hello, We are sincerely sorry for any frustration and inconvenience this issue has caused ************************************. It was an error, and not our firm's practice. The attorney on the file, and a partner of the firm, *******************************, Esq. has spoken to ************************************ (*******) to let them know we will cover the difference between the bottom line when they signed the documents and the updated amount based on a closing date of today (9/1/23). The difference between their bottom line was just under $67, and we have covered it by wiring ************************************ the original amount they were expecting. Thank you for bringing the error to our attention and allowing us to correct the matter.Customer response
