      CPA Partners were hired to do our Financials at ****** ****** **** A contract was signed with them without board approval in Oct 8th 2021. We have not been able to get Financials - Sept, Oct Nov or any updates -no 2022 Budgets, CPA Partners is using our Reserve Insurance Fund to pay Operating Bills, there is no need for this - she has depleted our Reserves, CPA Partners will not respond to letters or emails -we just paid them 4000.00 and they have not produced any Financials not even a homeowner Ledger. How do we get our Financials and the Reserves refunded? My Condo dues check for Dec 1 2021 has not been cashed by them and now late fees are being assessed. I also want the contract that was signed by the President of the Board of the Common areas, as it clearly states in our Docs, no President alone can sign a contract without a vote of board members, this did not occur and paying $4000.00, and still not getting ANY financial information is not correct. I have sent CPA Partners emails and requests on information and have been ignored. CPA Partners believes they work for the President of the Board solely, I have tried to explain - they work for the Community Members- our dues pay for their services and according to FL State Condo Law- we as members have rights to ALL documents and Invoices-as CPA Partners must not be aware of CONDO laws. CONDO/HOA accounting is based on transparency. Please assist me in getting Financials Sept Oct Nov as we can not sell our units, Homeowner Ledger and the Reserve money refunded immediately to the Reserves as we have a $126000 Insurance Bill due and CPA Partners has depleted our Reserves.

Our firm was recently engaged to assist the condominium association Tyrone Villas, Inc with their financials. It appears that the complaint was filed by the prior bookkeeper who was terminated. We are working thru their attorney and he confirms she has no authority to file the complaint. I have also attached the rules that clearly support our position, since we do not and never have had any relationship with *********** that previously handled the financials. My name is *********** - I am a Condo Owner - I am not nor have I ever been the prior bookkeeper or worked for Tyrone Villas in any aspect or been a Board Member or on a Committee in Tyrone Villas. I am a 75 year old Condo owner in the Community and don't feel it is necessary, to prove my identity since you cash my Monthly dues check every month and quite clearly you have to apply the funds to my account. Please check you records, it is very concerning that you did not look up my name in the Owner Roster before making such false statements. Mr. T's statements are completely false and incorrect and he has me confused with someone who doesn't even live in our Community. I have sent Toni multiple emails asking for a Homeowner Ledger and 3rd Quarter Financials on Tyrone Villas Inc and Tyrone Villas Inc #1 - she has never responded - it is my right as a Condo Owner to be provided this information. Please send my information as requested. I have attached letters sent to Toni of CPA Partners - *********** Consumer Response /* (3000, 13, 2022/01/13) */ CPA Partners is not able to do the Accounting on our Community. We are a 149 unit Condo, we don't have many bills, nor is the Accounting or processes difficult, we have the best Community Management Software in the industry and she won't use it. They need to step down so we can get a LCAM who does Accounting, the Community can't afford 1 Tax Accountant, 1 bookkeeper and a LCAM and a Maintenance Man - that's ridiculous. This request was sent certified mail per FL Law. It was stated in the Jan 4th Meeting that CPA Partners were not going to respond to the BBB Complaint any further
