This company left me in over $30,000 debt after my case was settled. They sent me to Their Drs just to have surgery after surgery a total of 5 in which 2 includes implants in my body. Going to Dr's of my choice wasn't an option after one of the major surgeries their office manager/paralegal insisted I go to their Chiropractor for physical therapy which left me with more damage. After having neck & back surgery I reached out to Josh in pain requesting to go back to the Dr & I was told at that point in my case to seek care from my own Drs & to use my own insurance. During the mediation it was said that we go back in 3 weeks, but without me knowing they already settled my case. When one of the attorneys called & told me what he was able to get in my pocket I wasn't very happy therefore he Promised me he would take $20,000 of the firms bill well that never happened. When I asked about it I was told by Josh he understood I was promised but that's not something they do. I could write a book but I'm limited on here Also I was told if I didn't take that offer that I'd be forced to take it. I was refused medical when I asked. I was left in over $30,000 debt they for 2yrs promised me to go to trial but then said if I want trial I'd have to seek new lawyers & start all over. When I asked for copies of certain things I was told everything was done verbally & there's no paper trail except medical records. They never once met me in person nor did they video with me, they just kept avoiding it. I was spoken to as if I were beneath them, all they seem to care about is their bank account nobody cared about my pain & certainly doesn't care that they left me in over $30,000 debt leaving them to make more than I actually did & not keeping their promise of deducting the $20,000.This place left me Depressed Stressed in Debt in Pain &Sad I feel like been used for a pay day. I never even received a thank you or feel better from them. BTW I never contacted them they contacted me for my case
