This company is a SCAM. They are targeting nonprofits with the email address @registrationrenewals.co requesting $399 for services you can acquire yourself on the *** website. They will collect your card information over the phone, please be wary!Initial Complaint

Last September, 2021, my company paid Registration Renewal LLC $599 to renew our SAM.gov registration. At some point after that, my contact at Registration Renewal quit or was let go and I never heard another word and could not get a response to calls or emails. A few months later, another person reached out to let me know she was working on getting all the previous employee's customers taken care of. I have emailed several times with no response. Today I discovered that our registration was never renewed and I completed the registration myself. There is no telling how many contracts we may have missed out on due to Registration Renewals negligence. It's very frustrating to pay for services that never get rendered. I would like a refund of the $599 we paid for the service and I just want other people to know that this company should not be trusted and it's not that difficult to complete your own SAM.gov registration.Initial Complaint

We paid almost $600 to Registration Renewals, LLC to help us register for SAM because we have used them once in the past. This time around, Olivia is no longer with the company and Rachel, who is the owner helped us on 2/08/22 to renew SAM with a company merge and a new company name. We thought their expertise can help us speed up the process but after a couple of emails, she stopped replying back to us. I had compassion for her niece Adriana (new on the job) finally responded back to say her aunt Rachel needed medical attention. Finally, Rachel responded back and helped us, however, she didn't help us all the way to the end. Both ladies ghosted us again.... It's 4/13/22 and after multiple emails and trying multiple attempted calls, no answer. I still cannot log on to SAMS and verify if they had really done their job or where they had left of, if they did anything. It's extremely frustrating! I would advise to NOT give them your money until they complete your service. I would like our money back.
