I brought in a leather Jacket to be cleaned. and they ruined the jacket sleeves came apart and seems like they leather has lost its shape. when I complaint they said the manufactory had made the mistake on how to clean it. so they take NO responsibility.. Even though I was told to bring jacket back to cleaners when I spoke to manager she said if your talking with media we will not talk to you and hung up on me.Business response

The customer called and complained about the price with CSR Jacky. He just wanted the jacket freshened up because it had been in the closet for years. Before we cleaned the jacket, the customer signed a release of liability stating we will clean the jacket as instructed on the care label, but there is always a chance of damage during cleaning. The jacket came out perfect. After the customer picked up the jacket, he called the store stating it looked like no cleaning had be done and we just sprayed it with something and put it in a bag. The customer called back again and stated that the jacket sleeves were damaged but didn't know how to explain the damaged. The customer was asked to bring the jacket back for us to inspect the damage he was claiming. The customer told us he would not bring the jacket back because he was busy. We let him know we could not is*** a refund without seeing the supposed damage. The customer became belligerent and said he would be suing us and contacting news stations to inform them of us damaging his jacket and refusing to refund the cleaning cost. We once again asked the customer to bring the jacket in for inspection and he stated he wouldn't do that because we might cause more damage. He said he would first have the news outlets inspect the jacket and take pictures. Management let him know if he was going to have other people touching the jacket before giving us a chance to see it, we would no longer be willing to discuss the matter. The customer insulted staff saying we don't care about our customers and we shouldn't be working here if we don't like our jobs. The customer did not give us an opportunity to rectify the matter. He was unwilling to work with us and instead decided he would *** us, tarnish the business name, leave bad reviews and never use us again.Customer response

I sent out $1000 worth of comforters to be cleaned but they came back still smelling like my dogs and when I tried to resolve the issue with them they refused to wash them properly with the chemicals necessary.I asked them for a refund and they refused to do that as well. They told me they do not care for my business and won't service me anymore. I need help getting the service properly done or a refund being issued.
