We signed a contract with Osceola for new fencing in October, 2022 and paid them $1795.00. Last email I received said they would be out the second week of December. I've sent another email and called but they do not answer their phones.Initial Complaint

They came out and finished my fence quickly. My gate has been the only problem. My gate has never worked properly since they installed it. Now they took the mother board out of the main actuator and haven't been back or returned my phone calls. They lie when I went in to speak to them and have the people in the front lie and say no one is there that can help me. It's been six months that I have to get out and open and close my gate. I am a 100% disabled veteran and I got the automatic opener so I wouldn't have to open my gate. This is just wrong. I would not recommend them to build a fence around my dog house. Now I have to pay someone to come and fix my gate that's still under warranty and hopefully they don't go bankrupt before I can get reimbursedInitial Complaint

I signed a contract with Osceola Fence back on Oct. 1st 2021, and my down payment was $2,400 Dollars. They primes me, that it would take like twenty days for the fence to be installed. I have been calling, and texting them for the last two months. For the last month, they don't even answer their phone. As of today, 2/11/2022 they haven't reached out to me. On November 12 I hired Osceola Fence Supply to install the fence in my house in Kissimmee. That same day I sent the deposit which it was half of the job ($4,145.00 dollars) Since that they this company talked to me twice and one email two weeks ago saying that they are behind but they should have an answer in a week. In a week I called again and finally somebody picked up the phone and said that they will be working on it in about 4 to 6 weeks. What? 5 months to put a fence. This is crazy. When I meet with Angel P**** the sales person he said they have the material and it will be something between 1 to 2 months as I said I needed it ASAP I heard they moved to another location but there is nobody there ever. It looks like the manager Autumn does not care about clients at all. As she never replied or take care of the customers at least having a good communication . They never picked up the phones, texts or emails Again I am here at the 3 months with nothing. I want the job to be done this month no more wait of my money back asapInitial Complaint

10/1/2021 I requested a quote from Osceola Fence Supply. 10/4/2021 They were prompt to send me a quote after completing a visit to my property. The amount was USD 5,550 with 50% down payment. 10/5/2021 They charged my credit card for 50% of the quote, and requested me to send the approval from my HOA. 10/15/2021 I sent the HOA approval, and they confirmed the application for permit to the County. 10/25/2021 The Orange County approved the permit pending the payment of USD 38 fee. Osceola Fence Supply has not paid that fee yet, and never told us about that. The permit is good only until April 2022. I learnt that directly from the county office. I texted them requesting status and got a response telling me that my order was moving to pre-installation stage. Installation was supposed to happen 4 weeks later. Since then I have called their number, texted and emailed several times but nobody answer. It has been more than 60 days without a response so I believe not it was a scam. I went to visit their apparently new facilities to ask for responses, but nobody was working there. Only a pile of old desks and office furniture. I want the refund of my down payment.Initial Complaint

After signing with the company and paying deposit it was nothing but a hassle and nagging to get what I needed. I got my fence in July 2021 however once my pool was finished I was advised by my pool builder that the fence company never closed the permit for my fence. I have called too many times to count and spoken with probably every person in the office but the owner. I keep getting told it on the list and I will receive a call or e-mail back and I have received nothing. All I am looking for at this point is proof that my permit has been closed out and that my contract has been completed and fulfilled.Initial Complaint

We received an estimate for 215lf of 6ft fence around our house in September of 2021 from Osceola fence, they were quick to reply to perform the estimate and very polite at first. We decided to proceed with the installation of which they required 50% deposit totaling $3,990. We paid the deposit, completed the HOA application and everything was good except we haven't heard from them since. My wife and I have tried numerous times to contact them via phone and in person. The office is always empty and typically no one answers the phone. When they do a man named Pablo answers and has no updates on permit status, installation date, material procurement and refuses to give us a contact for his supervisor. I've emailed Autumn numerous times and get the same response (that appears to be auto populated) stating they are having material lead time problems and are awaiting an update from the manufacturer on material ship date. This has been the same response for over 6 weeks now. We've recently received quotes from other fence installers of which all have indicated to have material and can install in a 2-week period if the appropriate HOA and permitting documents are approved. I would an update on the permit approval and a full refund of the deposit. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.Initial Complaint

Downpayment on fence project with this company was August 12,2021 for $4750.00. It is now January 31, 2021. This company doesn't answer their phone calls, has moved since taking my funds. When they do get back to me they promise that my fencing project will be completed in the next 3 weeks. I have had empty promises since the beginning of September.Initial Complaint

We received our estimate in Oct 3, 2021, approved the estimate and gave our deposit on Oct 5, 2021. We paid by credit card $1215.00, 50% of the total cost. Since then we have been given the run around. It is now January 2022 , still nothing! We have made numerous attempts to contact Anthony and Autumn. No one answers our phone calls or emails. We recently spoke to Ally, she assured us that Anthony or Autumn would call us back. we explained to Ally that we would like our deposit back and cancel this job. We want to move on to get our fence replaced by another company, but we're apprehensive about doing so at this time. We believe this company is still in business and should be STOPPED Immediately. I have paid Osceola Fency supply a total deposit of $2600 in Cash on December 13, 2021. I spoke with Autumn she told me everything would take about 1 month. It's January 31 and not a single person has called me back in regards to this matter. I have looked up recent reviews with this company and numerous amounts of customers have had the same experience. They refuse to call back or provide service. I am requesting a refund and there's no way to communicate with these people. They have someone in the front desk just taking name and number and saying someone will call me back. I need help getting my money back that this company just took from me ! I understand with the Covid circumstances things can be backed up but they will Not contact you. Please help me and others with this unprofessional company.
