Keep sending mailers about buying my house which is not listed for sale anywhere. Asked them to remove my information twice alreadyBusiness response

We have notified the team that handles the Do Not Contact list, and gave them the name/phone/email of the person filing the complaint to hopefully be able to stop the mailers.
Normally we would need to know what address you are receiving the mailers at so we can find your information.
They will do the best they can to find you with the information given but,if you are still receiving notices we need the address to remove your information.

Upon review of the complaint we were only able to find one attempt by ******* to be removed from our mailing list on 8/12/24. Regardless, we have no desire to send mail to anyone not interested in our services. Upon being provided the necessary information on 8/12/24 ******* file was updated and was successfully removed from our mailing list via a Unique ID Number. In addition, the option was also available to self remove on the bottom of our mail piece with no personal information.
Because of the way our mail cycles function, it is possible ********************* receive one more mail piece before his removal is processed. If ******* receives any further mail, he can simply dispose of it in the trash while his request is processed.
We hope this closes the case to everyones satisfaction.
