      Been out of CO2 for three days They have not been here in 3 months even tho our contract states every 4 weeks. Nobody there gives a c*** Do not use them!

      ******** company, $500.00 charge to come plug my monitor back in which I could have done. Moved the monitor a few feet from where it was after they hooked it up. Wires everywhere looks awful. Charged me $250.00 an hr they said even if it only took 1.05 hrs they charge the 250 an hr. Huge scam asked or an itomized invoice and said they could not send that. Would not ever do business with these ppl. Asked to speak with someone above the phone person and said I could not and they have ***** days to respond to my phone call. Heard from many others in our community they were awful. And by my multiple phone calls I see why. Scammers!

      Horrible service and customer relations from top to bottom. Monitoring equipment failure which we rent from them wasnt fixed for 5 weeks. What happens from a CO2 leak at high levels? Look it up. Very unsafe situation. Hours and hours on the phone. 5 Assurances of callbacks to set up fix. 4 Escalated urgencies after no callbacks. 2 Hangups and no return calls. 2 Managers involved with same results. 3 no show no call appointments to fix equipment. Took a woman from a different jurisdiction to take the reigns and care enough to get things taken care of. We are a single small restaurant in the middle of nowhere. We cant afford there reduculous charges and fees. Huge unnecessary tank with high rent. $130 monitoring equipment that the charge $60 a month for and dont fix. We really dont think NUCO2 is a good fit for us and with these tactics probably wont be around for long. Prove all this is wrong that Im saying NUCO2. Its all documented. Be a better business and do the right thing. One customer at a time. This is ******************* and Lounge.

      I have contacted an attorney. Supposedly I have a 9 yr contract signed by an employee but I'll never know because I can't get copy of contract. Highway robbery!

      Ive been trying to terminate the contract about 2 months ago I called them, and I wrote emails. No one answers me.

      This company is outright illegal in their billing practices. They overcharge and are not open to discussion to fix. It's an illegal company operating under the guise or legitimacy.

      **************** The salesman told me I could get out of the contract at any point, but come to find out he's signed me into a 9 year contract. I asked to cancel my contract and they want me to buy out a 23k payoff. I don't recommend this ******** company to anyone. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

      Terrible company. Read the small print on your contract. It's a 6-year contract and you are locked into prices going up each year. They never pointed out this was a 6-year contract. Salespeople are liars. Charged for property tax that is out of control. Terrible customer service. They are only out for themselves. DO NOT DUE IT

      horrible customer service!! They also refuse to send us back a refund check! We canceled services for one of our locations. I have been given the turn around since aug 15 in regards to a refund check we were suppose to receive. After canceling services with NuCo2 and was told we were all set and no outstanding invoices were out there. They drafted $152.64 from our account a month later. When I called to ask why; they said they didn't know, apologized for it and told me we would receive a refund check. I have been chasing them down for it since! EVERY person I have spoken to, I am forced to give the same info to!! I am still waiting on our money they stole from us!!
