      Literally stole money from me! Returned defective new recliner that I paid $2000 for. They rewrote a new receipt charging me for things that were given to me, such as a 5box spring and no delivery charge. Then only refunded $1500 , instead of the $2000? How is this possible??? Then told its this amount or nothing???? Senior citizen!!!

      Furniture looks ok but the quality is not what they tell you ( top of the line) also they sell you VIP pet insurance but they dont cover when your pet damages it. So its just a way to make more money on the sale. Very unsatisfactory

      Wont ever buy from this store again. Received broken chair. It was still under warranty. Instead of getting a new chair they sent a man to fix it. Still not right. Was told it was a mechanical problem.

      Purchased a mattress set on April 15, 2022 and cancelled the order the nextmorning April 16. Was told by the sales person that it would be processed on Monday April 18. Went back on May 4, 2022 because I didn't see a refund on my bank account and that's when they finally processed it apparently. It is now July 19, 2022 and my refund never made it to my bank account. Bank said they never got the refund. Very dishonest from them. Will never go back there!

      If only I could give this place 0 stars. Shoppers be aware. My fiancé and I went to go look for a dining room table that we needed in Nov. We recently had a terrible experience with city furniture so we thought to look more local. Arrived and knew what we wanted. Spoke to a sales guy named Brian paid in full and everything. Seemed like an awesome dude was talking down on city furniture agreeing the situation we had is ridiculous and said he will have stools and bench the next week and the table no later than Jan. bc everything was made in USA.Mind you we had again a horrible experience with city furniture and haven’t had a table since September at this point. January comes around no call. Second week I decide to call and the girl says someone will give me a call the next day for an update. Next day NO CALL. I called again. Said “the order will arrive to our shop Jan 27” okay no problem since it was still in Jan. The 27th comes around NO CALL. The 28th my fiancé calls and now they don’t have a date and can’t give us the tracking info because “the systems went down”. We asked if we could speak to Brian (the sales guy) conveniently he just left and off the next day. Day comes by no call. We both call and speak to a Kevin (which we now know is the store manager) and he said he couldn’t help us and had nothing to do with it and “it’s not his problem” at this point we are extremely upset left multiple messages for anyone to call at this point so we decide to call ONE more time to cancel the order and the girl says she needs to have Brian call us the next day (today) NO CALL. Fiancé calls around 4 girl says Brian will be in @5 fiancé calls @6:45 and dead air. Call is not going through we have called the store about 7-8 times and nothing. At this point I wish I had stuck with city furniture. My mother in law owns a business and highly rec this place but once she heard what was going on is now APPALLED. Oh best part is come to find out they get their stuff from Ashley’s !
