Rating 0-10 - they are 10plus… after meeting with 7 other local roofers I put a spread sheet together. To compare; Best Value, heavy on details of all areas of construction, timelines, and attention to details, making things right no matter… the cost was the least of all I reviewed, initially planned on going with another roofer, made one more call - which led to expediting starting work, completed in just over 6 hours… I noticed my ridge vents were installed like they were when the took old roof off. I asked a day after they finished work if they could extend the 3 ridges to 1 ft from end of roof. No problem. Wow - they will be the number recommendations here in The Villages Floruda for me ;)Review from Donald S

I had a great experience with McGinnis Construction replacing my roof. They quickly provided a very cost competitive estimate, once accepted they quickly preformed the work. Great installation and clean up. Easy to deal with.Review from Richard J

I used McGinnis Builders for roof replacement. The work was done very professionally, the workers were very prompt and did an excellent clean up. Have recommended them several times. They have done work for at least four people in ounneighborhood and all have been very pleased. Could not have asked for anything additional.Review from Elisabeth M

McGinnis Builders came highly recommended by my brother after doing his roof. I called them in a dither because of finding a leak right after a torrential rain storm and they came right out and examined the roof. They were calming and professional and Melanie was so helpful. The contract was just for my house and a shed but I decided to do another shed and they did it the same time with no hesitation. I am very pleased with the work that the WHOLE CREW did and will recommend them.Review from Patricia S

McGinnis Builders came well recommended by our Properties of The Villages realtors; and lived up to our expectations. We are out of state, so could not witness the results; but, have been assured all went well with the removal of our old roof, and installation of the new. Melanie in the office, and Tim McGinnis when needed; were always responsive with prompt communications. We consider them to be very straight forward and honest.Review from Richard M

This company did an outstanding job in replacing our roof on our home in the Villages. They responded immediately with a quote that beat other quotes by $2 - 3K. Installation was professional and looks great. Great job.
