Fraudulent products and services. Was given a service with products that don't work and was told I had to pay more for the service to be fixed. Gave no refunds. only offer was to pay more.Business response

I am a service provider specializing in eyelash extensions; therefore, we do not allow refunds on any services that were provided and fulfilled per our policy. Each and every client must agree to our terms and conditions prior to completing booking. In a case such as this, our policy is that we will provide a free fill within the first 3 days as long as the client reaches out to us with any issues or concerns within the first 48 hours following the given service. This client failed to reach out during that time frame, this client reached out a week after her appointment and was not willing nor negotiable on coming in for a touch up as being so far out from initial appointment her lashes have already been subjected to other factors that I cannot control nor decipher. I tried to get her back on the schedule for a fill but client demands for a refund which is not an option. Our salon holds a very high expectation on respect from both parties. Threats to health and/or business operation is non tolerable as we run a very professional and safe environment. Per this clients' messages she is no longer welcome at our salon and is banned from future bookings with all providers at this location. I hope this message stands as closure for BBB as well as client as a refund is not applicable nor are we willing to provide further service to her. Thank youCustomer response

I am rejecting this response because: This business owner was told of the problem on day the end of day three beginning of 4 and decided not to give any further help until about 5/6 days after appointment date. She also said there was only a 24 hour time frame when messaged which means she has been lying and known to lie. I was asking for a partial refund due to time and products used . The moment asked for money she shut down which is why I did not want to negotiate and allow her to play in my eyes . Business or not she was very unprofessional and did not allow for a resolve , she blocked my account and then proceeded to act like I was the problem. Definitely does not deserve to hold a license.
