I purchased the vehicle ******* *******. I gave them ***** for a down payment on the vehicle I got my ** day service agreement driving off the lot as well as me having extended warranty and gap as extra protection on my end. They didn’t uphold to their contract, as they didn’t fix anything on the vehicle they gave me a run around about fixing the issues. They blocked my number and my mom’s number as a result and told us that they wouldn’t work with us anymore more. Which was a breach of contract. I have taken the car to AAMCO numerous of times regarding the same issue which I had to come out of pocket **** for an issue Elite Automotive could’ve resolved. Including the brakes and rotors that were supposed to be fixed, car not turning over, headlights missing, spliced wires, speakers going out, and the list goes on but it’s becoming a safety issue because I don’t feel safe in that vehicle so I’m requesting a refund , or to be put into another vehicle.Initial Complaint

I bought my car from them I have a charger . With extended warranty, Gap and ***************. Certain things they was supposed to repair or replace and Mr,. **** keep giving me the run around bout replacing and the repairs. I want them to do what they suppose to do and quit saying I ordered this and it never came. They sell cars but once you get the car they be like F you and that car and hang up the phone. Even the manager Mr. ****** is not professional at all he hung the phone on me when I called bout the problem... I will never get another car from them. And I will tell other people bout them.Initial Complaint

On December 12, 2022, I *** ******* ** *********** ***, and *** ********** ******* *********** entered into a contract with ****** ***** & Elite Automotve Consultants & Wholesale Direct. On Tuesday March 7, 2023, ****** ***** & Elite Automotve Consultants repossed the 21 Cadllac XTS from **** * ******** **** ************ ** *****. Payment due at this time was not even 30 days late. On Wednesday March 22, 2023 we received a letter in the mail (Certified Mail) from ***** ***** & Elite Automotive Consultants. This was the first and ONLY ! communication that I *** ******* ** ********** *** had or received from ****** ***** & Elite Automotive Consulatants in reference to the 2013 Cadillac XTS from the time it was picked up on 03/07/23. These attached notice are all over the place and contray to each other. The Notice to Sell Property was dated for 03/18/2023 and states that i must notify Elite Automotive Consultants that I demand a public sale on or before 03/17/2023. How can I get served on 03/22/2023 with the notice dated for 03/18/2023 and I have until 03/17/2023? this is shady and a scam!! because the 10 days to comply according to this notice is technically up !!. The Proposal of Dealer to Retain Collateral in accordance to ******* ****** ******* **********, I must notify in writing to the retention of the motor vehicle described wihin (30) days after the date of this notice which is 03/18/2023 that I got on 03/22/2023. Which also states I may redeem the collateral by paying all fees within (30) days. This is my notice in writing that I do object to the retention of the motor vehicle 2013 Cadillac XTS vin #: *****************. Prior to signing all contracts I informed ****** ***** that the Touch Screen on the vehilce was not working for this controls the brain of the vehicle,( Navigation, radio, Climate control, etc.) he assured me he would get it fixed. He did not , told me to ring it back. I took it to the dealership and the bill was $1300.00. Shady Business!!!
