On March 2nd I got an email on my business email for my small business. It was from someone named ***** from Widengram, and they told me they wanted to help me grow my instagram account, soapsbyashleerose. I ignored it, I figured it was a scam. But then I got another email from them and also was contacted by a social media manager named ********* via messages on Instagram. I was told it was a free week trial and I could cancel anytime. So i figure why not? I joined them but then I realized they would charge me $99 after. More than they said. So I emailed ***** to please cancel it but I never got a reply. I messaged ********* after to cancel but then a guy named ******** emailed me back from Upgram saying that he would extend the free trial and I'd get results within 72 hours. 72 hours pass, and nothing so I email again saying I wanted to cancel. They wouldn't do it. they'd just convince me to stay with them cause their servers didn't work the last time. There's another guy named ****** who was my "account manager" I also emailed him to cancel but would just forward it to ******* to do it. Took a little over 2 weeks to get it canceled. They said they deleted my account but it was still there, I checked my paypal auto pay, and I was about to be charged $99 so I was able to cancel the payment on my own. To spread awareness, I posted my experience on my ******* and tik tok. On tik tok I got a bunch of comments saying they got scammed $99 and can't cancel it. They don't know what to do. Now ************ from upgram has contacted me July 9, telling me they will take legal action because I was lying about them and said things that weren't true when I have included screen shots in my videos. And I still have emails and messages saved. Their trustpilot, now deleted, had many negative reviews like my experience. Also they're actually located in ******* while search their domain on this site ***************************, then searched the address its tied to a lot of scams.
