      Single Female Veterans Beware…. I have a 7 y/o home in Trillium Estates, Brooksville, Florida, 1,980 sq. ft. The builder of the home put in a 2.5 ton unit IAW codes & regulations. Last year, August 21, 2023 I had an air conditioner repair for coil leak & coolant top-off. I was referred to Integrity Home Solutions by my USAF Retired Colonel who had high regard for their business ethics & reasonable pricing. They did an excellent job & charged $1,500+. So, on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, when my air conditioner stopped operating, I did not hesitate to call Integrity Home Solutions. Integrity Home Solutions sent out a technician the next day. I was informed the motor was blown & the coils could not be repaired. The motor & coils would have to be replaced & if I choose to use refurbished materials it would cost $11,800, it would be $15,500 for new materials. Though if I choose refurbished parts, it would be no telling how long it would last. The technician presented me with information that codes & regulations had changed for my size home of 1,980 sq. ft and that 2.5 ton was no longer up to code. I would need a 3.5 ton unit. Also, the duct-work is too small for the new unit. The cost of a Carrier 3.5 ton (14.3-15.2) SEER2 cost me $11,521.30 plus replace two lines of duct work $15,000 over $32k for full length of terms. A brand-new Carrier 3.5 ton (19 SEER) installed for home size 1,800-2,100 average is $5,500-$7,000. To replace ductwork on home of same size averages $3,000 to $7,500. There was one HVAC technician & one helper on site 6 hours. The specialist told me, for whatever reason, if I am not satisfied, they will provide a money-back guarantee & remove the unit. I spoke with Bree Wednesday, September 25, 2024 & told her the unit was constantly running & I am not satisfied & likely would not save a min. 30% on utility per their policy & believe I was price gouged. Rachel, Customer Experience is involved but Hernando has not inspected it & payment is due 10/14.

      I have been transferred to another associate, no longer ****** who I have not heard back from in 3 weeks. There is a return in the Master bedroom that is not installed, and two technicians have stated they will return to complete and have not.

      I give the company a two stars., why?I hired the companies maintenance plan last year to come every six months and service the two air conditioners so the two units can perform in their top form and if anything happens, they will catch it and take care of it. That never happened. They came once only service one of my two air conditioners units and never came back to finish the other one. I had problems with one of the ones they didnt Do maintenance on it and it cost me over $520 for them to do something they shouldve done when I bought the maintenance ******** the service person was on time, Was very knowledgeable and did a very great job. I believe this company should have Absorb half of the amount I had to pay because they didnt do what I paid them to do in the first place. Will I recommend a company No

      Integrity Home Solutions installed my new A/C unit about 5 months ago. The unit was real nice and actually cooled our home better than the other 3 ton we had. They followed up today, Monday September 23rd. To make sure everything was working good. Shane, came out to do the final inspection. He is a fine young man and explained everything. We are very satisfied. A bit more pricy but so worth the investment

      Theyve visited us multiple times over the past two weeks to help us with our AC unit 1st visit they patched a leaky coil for $790 2nd visit less than 24h later (after the Ac broke again) they said the patch didnt work and wanted $4k to replace the coil 3rd visit (after a week of no ac bc we had to wait for the coil to come in) they replace the coil 4th visit (the next day bc after that costly endeavor the ac stopped working after 8 hours) they visited and said that it was dangerous to access our roof (never told that before) and couldnt send someone until Monday I think they are scamming us. Im about to file a complaint with the BBB. You dont pay this outrageous amount of money for something to stop working after a few hours.
