I had placed an order online for a little less than $70 for their technical service center offer. Where they make back and forth contact with me to help diagnose a vehicle. The initial call went well, where I paid for the services, and then we had agreed that they would send a new part and I had agreed to make a video of me replacing said part and they were to use it online. Four weeks went by with no part, so I contacted and asked for a refund. They stated part was sent "last week" but to send the card info and they would issue the refund. I waited a few days just Incase, and wow, the part showed up three days later. So I wrote and told them I received it and would still make the video, and have not heard from them since. A week later I wrote again sending the card info for the refund. And a week later reminded them I received no refund. It's been three weeks and still no word. I just want my money back.Customer response

I am reaching out to whomever it may concern,
I just wanted to update the better business that I have received correspondence from Sunbelt, and have came to a conclusion to resolve any and all issue with the company.
The company has reached out and both parties have came to a resolution that we are both happy with and through no fault of their own did this issue arise. The employee that I had spoken with when first contacting the business, is no longer working and I am sure that because my inquiry within the company and the loss of employee, time frame overlaps, unfortunately I ended up lost in the wind, so to say.
As of now, I'd like to report that this complaint has been solved and both parties are equally satisfied. No further complaint is had, as well as recognizing the business as a high quality one, and recommend it to those who could benefit from their services.
