I placed an order with this company on January 10th, 2023 and received a ***** tracking link on January 11th, 2023. Since that date, when preliminary information was provided to ***** by CoolBreezeBeverages, no action has been taken to ship my order. I have attempted, multiple times and by multiple contact methods listed on the company's website, and have received either no return contact or an "address not found" notification. I have now disputed this charge with my credit card company and I would like to make sure this doesn't happen to another customer, because this behavior is unacceptable.Business response

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We are sorry for the inconvenience that you have experienced. The status of this matter with contact issues have been updated and resolved on all of our platforms. The contact email address was an inactive email address which has since been removed and changed to an active address. We apologize for the inconvenience. I placed an order for two 1/2 gallons of mango slushie. I received two 1/2 gallons of mango mania instead. I contacted the owner Ryan B***** and explained to him that my order that I received was incorrect. Ryan told me that he was the one who handled internet orders and that I should contact a Rick and gave me his email. I sent Rick an email and he never responded. I sent another email this time including Ryan the owner requesting a refund in hopes of getting some sort of response. To no avail still no response. I called Ryan again who's number that he has listed on his website happens to be his personal number and it went straight to voicemail. This company has in no way tried to resolve this issue. They sent me the wrong order and they know it. I included pictures of the order I placed and pictures of the bottle I received.Business response

Consumer Response /* (3000, 11, 2022/06/07) */ Yes the matter has been resolved. They never responded back to me. However, they did refund me my money back. Business Response /* (1000, 17, 2022/07/08) */ Ryan the CEO (who is all CC'd) spoke to ******* and reiterated that all sales are final, as listed in our policy. I may also add that ******* opened and tasted the product before contacting Cool Breeze and because of this, we are not allowed to accept the return of the product. Refunds were still issued to the customer.
