We purchased a driving ****** package from this company after they had advertised that they cover our area. They never had any drivers and said that they would refund us. They never refunded us and said that we have to go through our bank. The bank said that they are trying to scam us.Business response

This is very inaccurate and shows the shallowness of what customers believe happens when it comes to business.
first And foremost this is a free market and she decided freely to give her money away prior to due diligence
Review full terms and conditions and remove this complaint immediately. Best regards and thank you as this falls under category of defamation of character and she was a client of DRIVE NOW FLORIDA LLC. Wedo not have any record of her purchase with DRIVEx **** furthermore
WE DO NOT REFUND ANYONE.

I am writing today not only to share our story but to shed light on the incredible difficulties DRIVEx **** and my family have faced in our quest to build something positive and meaningful, despite overwhelming adversity.
DRIVEx ****, a fast-growing startup offering driving education services, has emerged as a lifeline to over ****** students across Florida and other states. What began as a small venture with a dream of using technology to improve driver training has become a beacon for young people and communities looking to develop critical driving skills. Despite this, the journey has been one of countless challenges, making us question how much hardship one companyand one familycan endure.
Our approval for an *** loan initially provided a glimmer of hope that we were finally being recognized for our efforts and that we could continue to grow and serve our students. But this moment of light was quickly followed by even greater obstacles.
Facing Relentless Hardships
It seems as though every time weve taken a step forward, weve been pushed two steps back. Our business, though impactful, has been hit with repeated, seemingly insurmountable challenges:
Economic Injury: Over the past few months, we have suffered significant economic losses due to operational disruptions, leaving our more than 40 instructors without pay for weeks. Despite having a solid business model and client base, the economic blow hit us hard, forcing us to scramble for working capital and to make decisions no business owner should have to face.
Personal Financial Strain: Personally, the journey has been brutal. My fiance, a successful attorney, has sustained $150,000 in losses trying to keep our business afloat. As CEO, *** faced my own setbacks. My vehicle, a Tesla Model 3, was repossessed due to the inability to meet payments after prioritizing the business over personal expenditures. I even had to move back in with my parents after missing rent payments on our residence. Despite these hardships, *** kept pushing forward, believing in DRIVExs mission.
Unseen Forces: It often feels as though an outside force is working against us, no matter how much good we try to put into the world. We are constantly met with new obstacles, as though our progress is being actively resisted. Even after receiving *** approval and finally seeing some financial relief, the roadblocks keep coming.
Our Commitment to Resilience
The worst part of this situation is not the personal loss but the fact that over 40 familiesour contractors and their loved onesare now at risk due to this series of setbacks. These arent just numbers; theyre lives, hardworking people who have stood by us, shared our vision, and helped us grow DRIVEx into what it is today. Each disruption, each setback, chips away at their livelihood and security.
Yet, through all of this, we remain committed to our mission. DRIVEx has never wavered from our purpose of making driving education accessible, safe, and effective for everyone, regardless of the obstacles we face. Every student weve helped has been a testament to our determination and belief in what we do.
A Cry for Understanding and Support
Our story isnt just about business; its about resilience, hope, and pushing forward in the face of what feels like constant adversity. Weve experienced financial strain, emotional hardships, and setbacks that would make any company falter. But instead of giving up, weve doubled down on our commitment to continue creating positive change.
All we ask is for those in positions of influence to recognize that the hardships weve endured have not been due to negligence or mismanagement.
