I have purchased services through this company and I am charge an annual fee for their financial services. I have tried reaching out to my advisor many times, I have had no response for weeks. I have called the companys phone number located on ****** and no avail. Ridiculous do not trust them with your money. They are just a bunch of young kids lying to their clients for their own pockets.

On 12/1, the business called my father while he was at work (he is in law enforcement), asking to speak to me. I have no idea how they got my father's number or the name of the company where I work, but it was unsolicited contact. The caller told my father that they were now the 401k provider for the company I work for. I confirmed that they are not the new provider with several of my coworkers, so not only is it unsolicited contact which is a violation of the telephone consumer protection act, but the caller blatantly lied to law enforcement. I also reported this incident to my security department.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/12/03) */ To whom it may concern, In review of the customer complaint, the customer phone number appeared to come through from white pages incorrectly. She has been added to the do not call list. We can not see any proof of the other allegations. As far as her accusation of violation of any rules and request not to contact people who work for her company, we do not believe we are in any violation of rules nor does she have the right to speak for her colleagues or our business as to who we can contact. We are a leading financial planning and wealth management firm in Florida with a stellar reputation. As far as ************ we apologize she feels the way she does. We will not contact her again Consumer Response /* (2000, 7, 2021/12/03) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) Neither my number or my father's number are listed anywhere and express written consent was never provided at any time. I actually do have the right/duty to speak for my colleagues but that is besides the point. The main issue I had was the person who called flat out lied when they said my company switched to your company for 401k services.
