      Hello, Last year, we reached out to Click-Labs to purchase software to build a TeleHealth mobile app. Our intention was to build a TeleHealth app on both iOS and Android to create a network of consultants and split their commission in real time basis. Based on the initial discussions, demo and conversations, their JungleWorks platform appeared to be a good fit. We made prompt payments on September 23, 2021 ($3750) and October 21, 2021 ($3750) with a promise to have our app ready in a month. A lot of features were displayed during sales cycle based on which we made our purchasing decision. It has been over 8 months and the software has been buggy and unpredictable to use. Their support team has been sporadic in their responses. I tried reaching out to their CEO on LinkedIn twice and there has been no response. The net result is a we have a non working product with performance and feature issues. It has become a futile exercise to keep chasing their teams to help us and fix the product. We request BBB to help us to recover the cost of our investment for a non working product. Thanks

      I contacted this company to create a shipping platform and a marketplace I was very specific for my requirements I paid a total of $10,354,14 after multiple delays in delivery they finally delivered a product that is no where near what we agreed upon and when I told them I can't use it and I want a refund they denied my request. My last communication with them was july 22 2021. Account number ************.
