This Business is not taking my health serious they do not submit authorization or requests in a timely fashion which causes a huge delay and then I have to suffer because then I have to wait. I call multiple times they never answer and when I show up it's always some excuse. My health and well being is not being considered at all!Business response

For example a referral requested on 12/7/21, processed, authorization completed and filed on 12/9/21 as well as previous referrals which were processed per standards less than 14 business days if not an emergency or urgency which are processed and completed same day or within 24 hours. During visits and calls to our facility, patient has been made aware of process and timely completion. We were short staffed due to the pandemic and apologized for the telephone answering delay. We strive to provide excellent medical and customer service to all our customers. Best regards,
