      this company has been putting charges on my credit card for several months I have sent them several e-mails stating that I want the charges to stop I have tried calling them several times & either nobody would answer or if the did they acted like they could not find my account & after awhile they would hang up & when I tried to call them back all I could get is the automated answering service & would be on hold till I get tired of listening to their music & hang up. The latest charges were put on my card 08/28/2024

      I called Earths Life Hemp again today & to my surprise they answered the phone & after explaining the situation to the lady she cancelled the subscription & I did get an e-mail stating the subscription has been cancelled lets hope she was telling the truth    thanks

      I purchased these CBD Gummies hoping they would help with my pain. I have peripheral vascular disease (PVD) and have undergone several surgeries. But I did not authorize them to take money out of my account every month. I called and spoke to a CSR when the charge first showed up and told them I wanted to make sure they did not take any more money out of my account - ever. Told them I wanted a refund of the second charge. They said I was no longer on an auto charge list and that no more money would be charged to my card. However, just a few minutes ago my bank informed me they are trying again. This has got to stop. I am a 55 year old disabled woman who lives in a fixed income and I cannot afford this $189.99 charge a month. Even if I could, I DO NOT WANT IT.

      I ordered on order that was supposed to be 59 and change. I was charged that and ****** on 06/05. I received the product. I then got another charge for ****** on 07/05. I called their customer support number that doesn't work. I tried to use the message center and that doesn't work. I emailed them and have not received a response. I have called the fraud department at my bank to dispute the charge for 07/05.

      I ordered cbd gummies it was suppose to be by 3 getb3 free and was only supposed to cost ***** ended up costing ******. Then today June 14th I have received another 12 and they charged my card again for the ****** .I did not order or give them any permission to do this. I ate the first one thinking it was my stupidity. But this is enough. I want my money Back.

      I purchased one bottle of the product and they sent me six bottles iin two different shipments of $235.00 each time One in March and on in in May. They advertise 100% guarantee but will not give me a credit. They also said they would charge me $8.00 per bottle to restock, that was not on the website and would only give me 35% of my money back.

      The transaction took place 5/19/24.Product was advertised at ***** for 6 bottles. This is the price that was reflected throughout the check out process. After I checked out, I received a e-mail confirmation, except in the email the price changed from ***** to ****** + 59.99(for a product I didn't even order). I e-mailed them (as that was the only contact info provided in the email) saying to cancel the order. Next day I received an email that order had been shipped and 5 mins after that I received another email stating they couldn't cancel the order because it had already been shipped. I called the number that appeared on my bank statement. Was told they would refund 35% but would not accept a return. I did accept this offer due to going to court achieves nothing these days but this company is committing fraud and false advertising.

      On April 18 I saw an ad on ******** for a gummy that helps ** which my husband wanted! It read buy 1 bottle get 2 free $39.99 that is what I checked!!! Put in my card # & went to checkout. When it showed my receipt it was for $59.99 & another charge $239.99. It gave a phone # which I called immediately! Told the lady I wanted to cancel the order I just placed. She told me oh no they couldnt do anything about it once placed I had to pay for it! After being so rude to me & kept saying NO HELP YOU about this she just hung up on me! Tried to call back no answer then emailed next saying to cancel the order & what had happened on the phone. Next day got response saying once again that couldnt be done once you **** your order it ships immediately!! Told them it was a scam or ************* was going to turn them in! Went to my *********** said I had To wait till I received the merchandise & then maybe they could do something??Have emailed twice since to receive the same response! The pkg came today i havent opened it! It says NO RETURNS! Please help me with this!Back

      I ordered these gummies from an ad I saw online. The ad stated buy 3 get 3 free for $39. A little bit later I checked my banking account and was charged $239. I immediately called customer service and at first was told there's nothing they can do once the order has been processed. After talking with her a few minutes she said she could refund half and it was put back in my account. Then a few weeks later I have another $239 charge on my account. I called again and was told they could do nothing and just to sell the bottles myself if i didnt want them. I went to their return policy page on their website and it states that I need a Return number assigned by customer service to write on the out side of the box and once they get it, I'll be refunded. After reading it word for word to the person on the phone she was still trying to tell me there's nothing they can do. I said, it's right here on your company website. Finally after arguing with her she gave me the return number. Then I confirmed the shipping address that's listed on the website and she said that was the incorrect address and gave me a completely different address. The woman I talked to evertime I called sounded like the same person with a very strong Indian or middle eastern accent.

      I ordered CBD gummies for sleep hep. Product was advertised to help with sleep. I tried them and they did not help. I tried to return product and was told they have a no return policy. Told them I dont want them. They sent another order out again this month and billed me another $240.00 and again wouldnt let me return them. Their customer service reps hung up on me twice.
