I was having issues with a broken dishwasher. I called ******* where they filed a ticket to On Time Repair, LLC on 2 April 2024. On 4 April 2024, On Time Repair, LLC contacted me via phone to schedule a diagnostic appointment for 9 April 2024. Shortly after this call, ******* reported that the ticket was cancelled by the service provided. An on Time Repair, LLC technician arrived on the 9th and began his process. Although finding a leak in the dishwasher, he stated that he would have part numbers, information, and similar documentation to us shortly once he called his manager. He awkwardly tried to call his manager for the next 30-minutes to no avail. He asked for our credit card to charge us. When given a card, he took a picture of the card with his personal cellphone and told us we would receive an invoice via email as well as the diagnosis findings. It has been more than a week. No receipt, no invoice, no diagnosis, but we have received a ~$117.** charge from the company.I have called them upwards of 20 times over the past week (as living without a dishwasher isnt optimal) with no answer or call-back.Today, after finally hearing back via text message, I spoke with the Operations Manager after struggling to reach out to anyone within the company. The operations manager began recording the phone call, without my permission, when I told her I was issuing a chargeback on the card. The conversation devolved into her yelling at me and telling me that they dont give receipts. ******* is sending a new service provider to my house. Many of their ****** Reviews state the same issues.

Had an issue with a Samsung fridge. Samsung set up a repair appointment with them, starting with an appointment to determine the issue with the fridge. Tech came out and sat with me for 20 minutes and said it was an ice maker issue and compressor. Charged me $135 for the appointment but said they'd schedule the repair for both the ice maker and compressor. Instead, they simply canceled the tickets with Samsung. I reached back out to Samsung to find out what happened and was told on time repair and canceled the tickets but they would reopen them. Once reopened, on time called me to schedule the repairs. I took time off of work and was told 10 minutes before the appointment, by the owner, that they were going to cancel the appointment. They then avoided any attempt to reschedule and I had to reach back out to Samsung to get a different company to come back out. This cost me $135 and 2 days off of work when they clearly had no intention of performing the repair.

I had purchased a Refrigerator from Home Depot about a year and a half ago. The unit had an issue 6-8 weeks ago where the freezer stopped working. I contacted Samsung who sent out On time repair. After waiting a week for scheduling the tech came out and was not able to resolve the issue and scheduled me for a different tech the following week. The following week a tech came out but he was the wrong tech that was dispatched. He contacted the owner Chris who gave me his cell and informed me the unit cannot be repaired at all and that he would have me a full refund for the purchase price I had paid and to go ahead and purchase a new unit. I purchased a new unit ( They have gone way up in price also) and weeks went by with no reply. I have emailed On Time Repair, Called office numerous times. Called Owner Chris many times. Every time no answer no call back, Sent the owner multiple text with 0 reply. I reached out to Samsung direct and they informed me On Time Repair turned the ticket as they had resolved the issue. I want a refund of the price I paid for of the original unit $1,798.20
