      Date of purchase was 1/31/2024 For a service of finding a medical director with 45 days for a Med Spa there were 3 providers that I had was connected with, the first provider stated she could not be a medical director as she already provided for several other practitioners and the medical would not allow. The 2nd ****** did not meet on agreed date no call No show. The 3rd doctor agreed to meet,A date during the week was discussed,******** stated he Would call to set up a time and date during the week and did not call. The company is refusing to provide a refund and continues to offer other services and has not provided my Refund after 45 days

      *************************** paid for our service on 01/31/24. She was matched with the first physician but felt uncomfortable and requested a refund. Matched with another physician and was concerned about lack of aesthetics experience; wants refund, offered rematch. Matched with a 3rd physician, however he was unresponsive. Requested a refund after 45 days. We offered another match but the client persisted to ask for her money back. 


      She proceeded and filed a dispute with her bank, which was ruled in our favor. Additionally, we can express our willingness to collaborate with her to complete the service, contingent upon her cooperation. As per the contract terms, she is not eligible for a refund due to the provision of a template agreement and the fulfillment of the service with three physicians. However, her cooperation in finding a match and completing the service is necessary.

      Good afternoon,

      I am submitting a rejection to the response of from the International Business Association for Nurses. Below you will find details of the failed attempt to provides services.

      My bank did not refund the payment, advising that I would have to dispute this claim through the BBB. As I did seek services from the business although I did receive the guaranteed outcome.

      Hello,

      I'm writing to address the complaint from *************************** regarding the services provided by the International Business Association for Nurses.

      The client has disputed her payment twice, and in both cases, we provided evidence confirming that the services were rendered as agreed. Our contract clearly states that clients must maintain communication with their matched physician to ensure the service meets their needs. We have supported the client throughout, but she declined to work with us directly when issues arose, instead choosing to dispute the payment.

      The initial payment of $697 was for services fully rendered, and there is no provision in our agreement for a credit or refund. We offered alternatives to help resolve the matter, but the client has been uncooperative. With the ongoing nature of this dispute, the time and resources we've dedicated exceed the initial service cost.

      Please note, we will not agree to BBB arbitration unless our attorney fees are covered. The client has 7 business days to pay the $800 difference to enroll in the course; otherwise, the offer will expire, and we will consider this matter resolved. The payment link is here:
