I will NOT tell anyone to ride with these horrible people!! I stopped using my the affiliation with my LTC company because of their association with Raymond Healthcare (hate using those words so closely) because I had several absolutely bad rides with two individuals from that company! For 2 years, no use at all, till my scheduler told me they stopped using Raymond. So I told them I had a 7 AM appt. They said 5:30 pickup! They were a hour early, said they had wrong address! We can come back, no I said,”let’s go”! Big mistake on my part! This guy drove like a maniac going there, with me screaming from the back, to slow down! He would not! Going around corners with the tires breaking loose, going onto on ramps, with enough G force to send my phone on my chest across the inside of the van! Hard braking at the lights and “burning off” when starting!! He’s the guy, when you’re in the fast lane, doing 85 and in your rear view you see a van coming up behind you and you have NO time to pull over before he passes you on the right and then cuts you off as he jumps back into the fast insane!! I was yelling the ent59 minute ride!! We hit there and I was still yelling army these fools, they didn’t care, just checked me in and waited till I was called! U told them that I was here for surgery and that I would call the cops if they drive that way home! No problem they said! Lies, they started off the same way!! I had some dealing with these fools till I got there, still yelling, they dropped me off at my home and left!! I called ***** and said NEVER again with those dangerous maniacs, mark my words, they will kill someone, not IF but WHEN they do, I’m here to testify!!! Beware everyone, do NOT ride with Raymond Brothers!! Don’t believe a word on their website, don’t be THAT one!!!

DO NOT TRUST THIS TRANSPORT SVCS!!! They picked up my mom from the dialysis center (literally 5 mins from my home) at 6:30p on 4/26/2023. 7pm rolls around and my mother is not home yet. I called 813ninehundred7228 number and spoke to a lady by the name of Katina? (mgr). I asked for status on my mom and when will they be bringing her home as she is on an oxygen concentrator that was soon to die. She starts laughing at the situation and hangs up on me! I called back - she doesn't pick up. I receive a text stating to call 813817 three five five one. I called that number and was told that the driver was in route and would be at my home within 5 minutes. 25 minutes later - my mom has not gotten home yet and is long overdue for her medical treatments. The guy that answered said that the driver had the wrong address, but would be at my home shortly. 9pm and still my mom is not home! I called them again and told them to please take her back to the dialysis center and that I would just pick her up from there. They refused to take her there. Both individuals that picked up the phone has given me the run arounds. By the time my mom got home, she was extremely exhausted and had run out of oxygen. She was extremely fatigued and did not understand what was going on. This coming from a patient who suffered 2 strokes. A heart patient who is now on dialysis due to kidney failure. I entrusted in this company to get my mom to/fro. Never again! I hope they shut this transportation company DOWN!

if I were a patient I would not call them to even transport my animals vs. my family members....I work for a doctors office and when the patient was dropped off I gave the driver the time to be picked up and was told not a problem.....at the said time I called the driver and was told she was in Naples....so I was given another number to call and that driver told me he'd be at our office in 40 minutes.....a hour later I called again and was told another 40 minutes....I tried calling main office an was given more lies about where any driver was and then that driver said he was in Tampa.....this company has lied about everything and then had the audacity to call the patient and told her she was not a scheduled ride, which the patient told the company she was a scheduled ride from days ago....the ompany left their patient with us for close to 3hrs without being picked up......this is unacceptable for a HEALTH CARE PROVIDER with TRANSPORTATION......they should have any and all licenses revoked and not allowed to continue to be a health care transportation.....we don't treat humans who are sick like this......again UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
